When I was on my "quit smoking" kick (of course, THAT didn't last too long), I joined a support group online, and every morning, members of the forum would write something like " I promise you all I will not smoke not even one cigarrette today. Who will take my hand and stand this fight with me? "
 Then another member would reply, " I will hold your hand and promise you all not to smoke today..who will take my hand an join me?".....and it went on and on. It was the members' way of not only promising themselves they wouldn't smoke that day, but making that promise to ALL the other members joining them.

 So, I thought it would be a great support system we can use here in order to fight the temptation to reverse withdrawals (if we happen to get lucky enough to make a withdrawal) !

  ok. so. I am going to start the circle of standing strong if we have a withdrawal pending to avoid cashing out. Anyone with me?
