I've hit alot of the casinos listed here...Fun aplenty!!

Plus it's a good way (Of course) to see how they operate.

The strange thing, I hit a couple with codes and they said:

"Cupon not redeemable at this time, bonus must be played through..." (On and on)

I thought "Well this is odd"  but I looked around the site (I had been cutoff 2X previous)
and found one slot still with $1.25 left still to spin...

So, I'm wondering is their an easy way to find what game might have been left "Open" and not fully run out?

Because I think this is why a couple of my codes weren't accepted (Due to this occurrence)

Hi Gen,

I do know that before you can claim any bonus....your balance has to be zero. If you were intermintintly cut off in the middle of a spin...the spin will play its self thru regardless if u are there or not. I have gotten cut off in the middle of a bonus round and forgot what game i was on. When it comes to bonus rounds...i will click every slot game til i find where i left off!! If you don't remember than i would play out the reminder of your balance at any game.

I have gotten these messages alot and i have had zero in my acct left. It gets really frustrating when i'm told to play out the remainder of my bonus...yada yada yada...as i stare at a an empty balance!

Good luck and happy spinning!

hi genenco...there could be several reasons why a code gets rejected and the message you received is standard - displaying one of the rules for redeeming a bonus code that there is a playthrough requirement. Here are some of the common reasons;

- code has expired
- registeration from an affiliate was required
- code was previously redeemed
- individual code (meant to only be used once by the recipient)
- freechip codes being redeemed back to back (some sites will not allow the redemption; while others will let you redeem but good luck getting paid anything if you win. TIP: don't do it.

As far as unfinished games, I haven't heard or experienced  not being able to redeem a code for that reason. The best way to find out is to ask the site's support team about this and the game in question. I would recommend that you make it good practise to contact support and confirm the terms of all codes you wish to redeem prior to actually redeeming them. Then you'll know exactly whether or not you can redeem the code with an explanation.

Hope that helps...and continue having fun here =)

Following this, in order I reply (Note I numbered the tips you gave)

1. Only one was expired.
2. Nope all came form this site (I'm so glad I landed here)
3/ Umm..Had that happen once, wasn't too sure.
4. Not too sure what this means. Only used them once. (Except for that one time)
5. Ohhhh..I seee..Hmmm..Maybe that's why I was nicely blocked from one casino...Whoops! I promise I won't do that again! (Yep, I mean it)

I do understand the "Play through" requirements. Only have completed once. But it sure had me wondering "What did they just do?"

(Did very well, playing one game, moved to another and was up...Oh about $225 and then suddenly was at $125 and was like "What the heck?" and then I remembered the "Bonus will be removed when play through is complete")

Soooo..I'll just wait till (Or if) they care to reply to my email ( I sent some due to this and some just in case) but won't worry though.

Still, I do prefer MG but I'd have to move to another country to play..Nahhhh..will survive here Smiley

genenco...

what is the name of the site? u can read the reviews about the site here and be able to separate those that have an easier time withdrawing from those that don't payout at all (the scammers). warning symbols have been nicely tagged to sites where caution has been advised. from your last post..i believe u are correct about the bonus being deducted because the playthru had been met...therefore you should be in good shape to receive a payout...again as long as u have not breached any of the t&c's.

I just deleted the casino, so I'm not too sure of who it was. But no bother, they can keep it and I'm not worried.

I really never played with bonuses with ANY intention of withdrawal of any money as I was more interested to see how the "Pay Side" differed from the "Free side" and I have seen sometimes the pay side did a bit better then the free side.

Guess it's just how the wheels end up is all Smiley

I will say this, I have (In the far past) played at Planet 7 and always found them to have the biggest comps, and I was not that big of a spender. No, never withdrew any money from them, but maybe one day I'll type out my dealings with Riverbelle online...Damn, was that great!

Oh, in closing I wrote to all the casinos..But none have responded...How strange. Will give them another 2-3 days...

sniff...sniff...sniff
