Sorry to say, but ewalletxpress may never be back online. If you do a little more reading on the posts here (some are in this section) you'll see why, possibly. As far as I know nothing is concrete at this time but they seem to be experiencing some significant legal troubles and have pulled out of the US market altogether - maybe even shut down entirely. If your deposit was processed to them it may be lost.

ugh i was unaware of that. i'm sure the chances of getting the money out now are even more slim much less getting cirrus to resend funds elsewhere. i wonder what happened that could have caused this. Still funny to think it took so long to get funds from the casino to ewallet and now, after all this, it may be ewallet that is the problem.

Isn't that ironic?  Darn, jpk1080, that really is funny in a painful way!  I'd contact Cirrus right away and see what they say (since it's going to be forever before they respond, best get started soon!).

Well, I have a withdrawal that's been stalled in processing because of this too. I've already had some prob's w/it and gone through some arbitration, but it seems like part or all of the prob could've been ewallet all along. Now I too will have to see if I'm able to get it processed some other way than ewalletxpress, since all hope seems to be lost w/them. I think the casino I'm dealing w/is in the same group as Cirrus too, so I'm expecting another excuse/delay tactic to try and keep my winnings. Hope I'm wrong, for both our sake's.

I honestly don't know, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Who's to say they knew ewallet was down and not coming back and just "said" your money was deposited?  Oh, that would not be nice.

If it were me who experienced the miracle of a payout with Cirrus, I would definitely be hoping for a second miracle of them offering to help you out.  It should not cause any problems for you with them, and if they do work something out, you will be very happy, indeed.

Please keep in touch with the post and let us know how it goes!

i sent an email to marty at this adddress md@gwages.com. he's the one that was able to get the ball rolling on the withdrawl request. i'm not sure what he can do if anything but as you said, it doesn't hurt to try.

Yep...its true.  I have an Ewallet account, and a little web searching will show you they have been shut down by the Feds.
