One wheel has a partition for the ball to land in that has this in it - 0 - the other has this partition plus one w/a section for this: 00. That's either all I know or all I'm willing to tell. That's it in a nutshell, or I just showed how dumb I am. You decide.

Aghh, never mind . . . I was just trying to be facetious --- 'tll I noticed you were inquiring about roulette 'systems'. Which I'm also currently interested in.

I've got quite a few roulette systems for both European (single zero) and American wheels (single and double zero) wheels.  What's the question?

there are 36 numbers on the wheel and then there is a 0 as well. the odds pay 35-1 which is the odds on 36 nos(i.e 35-1 plus your stake back).
I if you put 1 chip on every number(except 0) it would give you back the same amount of chips that u used.
0 is considered as the 'house edge' which means that its their % for running the game( Litterally 0 is just a number the same as any other on the wheel and it still pays the same).
I think the % is 3.1? on roulette(single 0)
00 is bad the house edge is doubled as there are 2zeros.
Its a banned game in uk land based casinos(or was under the gaming board regs)
00 is a bad gamble and its foolish to play especially if you have the option of single 0
