I am in the US and I withdraw from casinos to usemywallet.  There is no fee to have funds deposited to the account from a casino and no fee to use it for deposits to casinos.  If you want to withdraw to your bank account there is a flat $30 fee.  (Check with your bank to see if they charge an incoming wire fee.  Mine is $15.)  Well worth the fees to me not to have to wait for checks and worry that they will pass through my bank or bounce.  I have withdrawn from usemywallet to my bank account with no problems whatsoever.  Total process takes 4-5 days.
