first of all, yes indeed the slutjunkie.. lolol Cheesy was a clear typo, i havent even recognized it till you made me aware ;-9

anyway the point of my first post was i dont feel you got treated unprofessional or unfair. i can underdatnd the bad feeling a player has beeing interrupted during play, this should have benn solven better youre right. there should have been a smoother solution.

but if i look on the livechat you had you also should have benn little more polite and relaxed ,dont you think  Wink

iam sure caroline the rep here will solve this issue for you well.

I am naturally a calm person even in the worst of situations, but I was understandably frustrated Huh? at the time of the chat which was directly after it happened!!! Which I had never experienced anything like that!

I am so over the money being taking back, it wasn't mine anyway. It is what it is!

You need to understand that I am not saying them taking the NDB back was wrong(tacky, but not wrong)!

My complaint is the owners attitude! Her casino put the chip in my account, I didn't hack into my account and put the chip there myself! So for her to insinuate I cheated them somehow is wrong Sad 

She could stand to smooth her edges, the players are who is gonna make her casino a success and she should always keep that in the front of her mind!!!!

Lol....when the rep here reply's to anyone......she always thanks the people who left good comments and doesn't address anyone who has a problem!!  WAY TO GO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!  Slot Junkie, looks like your never gonna get an apology from these people......This so called rep could have at least told you sorry for the misunderstanding, or sorry for the inconvience, but instead came up with excuse, after excuse on the casinos behalf and left it at that!!! I too am a business owner and I know first hand that the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. [maybe thats just an American thing?] If it means taking a small hit out of my pocket to keep a customer returning then it more than compensates the loss and gives my store a better reputation........Sadly when the casinos do this crap to people they are tarnishing their own reputation for NO REASON AT ALL. Chances are you will not make playthrough and by taking away something they gave you in the first place just speaks volumes about their integrity. They should realize it was their mistake and therefore their loss!! Damn, do these casinos hire anybody off the streets.....they have no clue about business ethics........................Real quick without looking it up Casino Rep...can you define BUSINESS ETHICS?

I never insinuated you cheated my casino, i only tried to explain you that you were not eligible for this bonus, you received it by mistake. I think that everybody understood the situation.

So, i decided to remove the bonus considering it wasn't completed. When you have a business, you have to decide and perhaps you'll be wrong sometimes... It's like this.

Caroline, this is the comment I speak of when I say it was insinuating "She was not surprised to receive this bonus, but she's surprise to see that her bonus has been finally removed..." I took that as saying "She didn't have a problem when she wrongfully took this from us but she has a problem when we took it back." If that is not what you meant then so be it , but that is how I took it!!!

Once again I have no idea how you run your casino and what you choose to name your bonuses, so as with any other free chip put into my account by the casino I didn't think I was doing anything wrong by claiming it, so naturally it was a shock and frustrating to just have it disappear out of nowhere!! Could this same thing happen with a deposit bonus?Huh??

You are right I haven't made a deposit and despite all the other negative feedback I had read, I was going to give your casino a chance anyway and make a deposit right after I played the bonus I was playing and that is the honest truth! But after that little situation happened I was turned off and then even more so when you made the comment you made(first comment in quotations)) instead of simply apologizing!!!

I don't have any promotions in my account either, but I thought that was just because I won some money, promos usually seem to disappear if you win anything (for me at least) will I be able to get them back? (account nyssa3)

I was wondering too if direct support rep could do anything about flushing my second withdrawal? I got my first one very quickly, but I have been waiting a week for my second one.
