looks like no one will be getting one either....I love how this rep here never responds to anything about the freebie questions....as if she never even saw it, she replies to everything else though.......so I'm guessing there's your answer......Thank God for Regas Regal!!!  Gotta love that Nicolas and his never ending quest for customer appreciation!

Please be fair with me. Every player has had free chips here. And some of you received 2 no deposit bonuses...

But of course, players never forget to open a post telling that they dont have free chips but thay forget easily to explain what they really received like free chips in tradition casino without never have made a deposit!

By example, you personnally received 1 no deposit bonus but never made a deposit, so you won't receive any more free chips from me until you make a deposit. I saw you have had rejected transactions in our casino, 1 with Quicktender and several others by credit card. I think you should contact Quicktender because your account has been canceled by them, so what i can i do? About transactions rejected by credit card, i don't have any details, i just received message telling that your transaction is rejected. So if you prefer to play at Regas Regal, i have no problem with that because i cannot do more for you :-)

Other example, Darren already received 2 no deposit bonuses and ask now  for a new one... I won't give him more until he prooves me that he knows how to deposit, not only receive free chips.

So, i think that our casino is really fair and respect all players, we give chance to everybody to play in our casino and we gave answer to each player, trying to find any solution for problem met or enquiries....

I registered an account with Tradition, claimed the bonus, deposited, played and lost.  After I made a deposit using credit card, rival system gave me a message which telling me to send in the fax back form plus other documents b/c I have multiple duplicate accts at other rival casinos.  What?? I don't get this part, I have one acct with each casino and only one new acct with Tradition.  Am I not allowed to register with your casino?  anyway, I email support and they said that my acct remain closed.   :owondering if you can help me to resolve this issue please.

I don't understand why english support told you that your account remain closed because it never have been closed lol I saw you received message telling you that you have other accounts in Rival casinos but we perfectly know that you have only one account in each casino, so we don't mind.

Don't worry about your account, really, you have acces to all our bonuses and it works perfectly :-)

What is a "main player"?  So should I should expect my withdrawal by Friday 10/30? As I said, live chat told me it will take quite some time just to get the documents approved.  Can you check on my withdrawals to ensure they are processed by Friday 10/30 (5 business days)?
For clarification, the promotions area says "no promotions available".

Regas Regal.......you can go play there, they give out free chips constantly and YES to people who have NEVER made a deposit there!!! Along with 3 free halloween bonues, and just about every other holiday day there is, oh and also gives out free chips when new games come out too!!!

Hello...I do want to comment that I did receive my winnings as promised. I cashed out Friday evening and received my winnings the following Friday Wink  Great turnaround especially since it was my first withdrawal and documents had to be approved!

Reputable casinos would not easily give free chips to player, such as Ladbrokes and Bet365 Casinos, they will be responsible for your every penny, if rogue casino give your $ 1000 and Ladbrokes Casino give you $ 10 free chips, you will choose $1000 or $10?
Tradition Casino is from France, non Netherlands Antilles (the one and only of rival casinos), and Tradition Casino is a new casinos, they need to do more, I believe they will do better.
