I just emailed slots galore (Yes them too) and asked them to contact the distributor of the software as I'm sure it's not the casinos fault, but the maker for not testing it fully. Yes, included screen shots and so we just have to wait and see...

No Taadaa they weren't they totally locked up and as you know playing the game, you have to click on each of the houses. I couldn;t and so this is the problem. But like I said if you don't use the autoplay feature, it shouldn't happen.

I did include the warning that if no res[ponse was received by Tuesday, I would post elsewhere....So, that's about all I have done now...Took me aboiut 40 minutes to have the "Glitch" occur, but it did!!

OK their response. Thank you for contacting Slots Galore. We would like to inform you that we went through all your screenshots and in each one we noticed that you did not end the bonus round in order for you to receive the bonus payment. In each screenshot you can see that the max. bet and spin button are not available (grayed out) as you did not click on all the huts in order for the bonus round to complete. As shown on the screen, you must select all the Huts symbols to reveal the prizes. Once this is done the bonus round completes and you are able to continue with the game. In the attachment send in this email you will find detailed explanation of each screenshot provided to us. We are also happy to provide you with confirmation screenshots of our own (as attached), verifying that the game does update as it should from initial play, on through the bonus round. I replied that they shouldn't try and duck the issue by sending me a file .isx which I cannot open obviously. That the screen shots I sent them showed the correct play )I only clicked on a couple of houses to show then it does operate) and also included the error shots. I doubt they'll do anything by the tone of their reply. PS. I'm dropping this as of now I really don't need my bloodpressure going through the roof. Just remember don't waste your time with Vegas Tech casinos. They only care about how they can keep your money and tough cookies if you have issues.

i know they are vegas tech casinos, but i do enjoy the variety of games. (Millionaire, VIP Slots, Super Slots, Silver Dollar and English Harbour casinos) I only play their free tournaments, with a very infrequent deposit. Does anyone know if they will be changing their tournament games from the three wheel (very boring) slots to the five line slots anytime soon? My live help does not work at any casino (except topgame software casinos) and i would really appreciate an answer if anyone knows???

Once in a great while they do the 5 line games. I have seen Funky Chicken and Cash Caboose, but that's all and that was over a month ago.

I have played tournaments 5 wheel reel of chance, cash caboose, parrot party, black magic and I am registered to play safari hunt all at Go, Slots Galore and Crazy Slots(seems to have the best options for slots tourneys)! Hope this helps!

I can't even access this site. It keeps saying they don't accept registrations from Kentucky residents and I'm not a Kentucky resident

I was playing at Online Vegas casino (A Vegas Tech Casino) and was playing in a tourney and the game was "Parrot Party" and saw the system give me all 6 of the house bonuses, but it kept spinning!! I contacted the casino, sent screen shots, but I thought I'd warn you all about this. NOTE this was done on auto play if you play the slot as normal, you shouldn't have any probs. But here's 2 screen shots which I captured on " Freeplay" yes even then it'll lockup. Notice the "Free Money" account has dropped, That's really the only indicator of such has occured. How convienient indeed. This happens all too often, getting a random spin for a minute or so...if I bring it up to chat, or support they say it is my internet provider, when i know this is bull. I got a new provider, and has never shut down since AND I leave on another application, that is working, so I know it is total crap. Anyway...I warned you guys about this group before. My new Norton software that I have won't even let me install these casinos on my computer. It says that they are an extreme high risk, blah blah blah...anyway, I couldn't put my Slots Galore, Go Casino, Online Vegas, probably a couple of others in this group...where all those tourney are. I just figured it wasn't worth me messing up another computer for. I really LOVE my new computer. and really hate these dirty casinos with their tricks and intrusions. thanks for the info gene...just reinforces everything i already felt.

On top of it... when i was playing tourny in Online and Go.. on that karaoke game, 2 scatters paid on one casino and not the other, if anyone has both casinos installed check the pay on the 2 scatters.. i am positive 2 scatters do pay.. if this is the case, do each casino set their payouts differently for the symbols on the game?
I was hitting 2 scatters and was not getting paid for them.. BUT this was in the tourney. (P.S. I have them uninstalled, just asking if anyone with it installed can tell me)
