I was playing at Online Vegas casino (A Vegas Tech Casino) and was playing in a tourney and the game was " Parrot Party" and saw the system give me all 6 of the house bonuses, but it kept spinning!! I contacted the casino, sent screen shots, but I thought I'd warn you all about this. NOTE this was done on auto play if you play the slot as normal, you shouldn't have any probs. But here's 2 screen shots which I captured on " Freeplay" yes even then it'll lockup. Notice the "Free Money" account has dropped, That's really the only indicator of such has occured. |

Wow, the proof is in the pudding, glad you got the screenshot, I need to learn how. I remember when I won those 5 ox's and won 24,000 plus and got the old drama...from the bahamas. Good for you , Geneco I am standing right behind you ready to protest and get to the bottom of this!!!!!!!!!!!!  |

Well, I sent them the screen shots, I surely hope they do. I did (As a loss experiment set my game to the lowest and waited. I hit 5 of the bonus houses and yet it wouldn't pay on them (They become wilds too for other symbols) and thus if you leave it alone, the money will just disappear..Scary. |

I found a good one ZDnet.com the screen capture one is so simple to use. it's called Easy Screen Capture 2 and it's free (Yay!) and it saves in many files but use jpeg when saving for posting here. |

Hey Debra, all you have to do is hold down the (fn) key at the bottom(left) of your keyboard and the (printscreen/home) key (top right) of your keyboard at the same time and then open your paint application which is listed under all programs -> accessories -> paint! Once the paint app is open right click on your mouse and select paste and the screenshot will appear! Then make sure you save it as a jpg. or jpeg. Hope this helps  |
