I had a $99 payment pending from the VIP Lounge casino since 2/12/2009. They approved it on 3/17/2009 and I literally had to email and go to live chat at least 4-5 times per day and inquire about it! They finally paid me in my QT yesterday after I threatened to report them to RTG and any online forum that would listen! I guess that got their attention or maybe they were tired of dealing with me! Who knows! What the heck would happen if they owed you thousands? Geez! Well I have decided that I am done with every RTG casino except for Cherry Red. They paid me within 3 days of withdrawal with no hassle. Microgaming is GREAT and they always pay me within 12-24 hours of cashing out! I have never had to inquire about any withdrawal with them. You cash out and the next day you have your money!!!!! Now THAT is the way to do business!!!!!!
