Well i never made a deposit on cirrus casino of 100$ but i never made a cashout now im on 530$ and i will try to made a cashout for 200$ and i will told you if they pay me  :)

I have noticed that alot of people have problems with RTG powered casinos. But its wrong to say that all RTG casino's are scams because it doesnt have anything to do with RTG. Rushmore is definitely top 3 most reputable US Casino and they are powered by RTG. Real time gaming just makes the software and are not to blame. Its all on these Casino's. We all need to find out the hard way (just like I did as well) that just because A casino is offering A massive bonus  that is larger then Rushmore, Online Vegas, Engilsh Harbour and any of the reputable casinos. It doesnt mean anything if after you win they dont pay out. Take your 100% bonus from the reputable casino and get 100% of your peace of mind. If everyone went reputable instead of bonus size all these scam casino's would be out of business!!

All of these casino's will rip you off. They go into diffrent mode@ Frees bonus play a diffrent casino all together! If you are playing for real money They put you in a diffrent casino. Also, they now are monitoring your free play. They might slip once in a while then not pay out. Look at the JACKPOT amounts. They dont change on some or they have diffrent amounts@ The three stooges. If you do pass the playthrough they IMMEDIATELY take your bonus and give you a low amount then switch the casino mode so you lose everything. Those that slip by get rejected. They will pay you out as less as they can. They are out to get american players I miss Microgaming they were fair. This has been my observation. Also if you play the KENO @ THE 5 TIMES OR 10 it rips you off by one pull check it out even if its a 1 cent play.

RTG for the most part have terrible reputations.  When I first found them I made the mistake of depositing and it took 4 months to cash out my winnings and alot of wasted hours.  Some dont pay out at all.  I understand what you are saying about not making blanket statements but it is really hard to defend RTG sites.

I have won and had many good withdrawal experiences from casinos on this list.  I DID have a delay with Rushmore, but they eventually paid, though about 2 weeks longer than usual.   My beef right now is with OnlineVegasCasino.com.  My money has been "pending" for four weeks.

Wow it's kinda of scary to read a list a mile long like that! For the most part i don't play at RTG Casinos. Some have given good feed back on what is on the list. All we can hope for is that we get PAID.


Am interested to hear if anyone has had good customer relationships with this list.

I had a $99 payment pending from the VIP Lounge casino since 2/12/2009. They approved it on 3/17/2009 and I literally had to email and go to live chat at least 4-5 times per day and inquire about it! They finally paid me in my QT yesterday after I threatened to report them to RTG and any online forum that would listen! I guess that got their attention or maybe they were tired of dealing with me! Who knows! What the heck would happen if they owed you thousands??????? Geez! Well I have decided that I am done with every RTG casino except for Cherry Red. They paid me within 3 days of withdrawal with no hassle. Microgaming is GREAT and they always pay me within 12-24 hours of cashing out! I have never had to inquire about any withdrawal with them. You cash out and the next day you have your money!!!!! Now THAT is the way to do business!!!!!!

I made a withdrawl from Wild Vegas Casino it took several months but they also failed to tell me when my money was sent by money gram and was sitting out at my local giant eagle i finally went to live chat in the withdrawl section and they told me my money had been sent 3 weeks before but it did take over 2 months to get it....and it only take a second for them to take it from us but we have to wait and wait to get paid just wrong in my eyes, but anyway thats the only casino I've won at....thanks for listening mrgmomma67

Well, the reality is that if an online casino decides to jilt you there is really nothing you can do.  No real recourse because these casinos are overseas.  It's not like you can call your local district prosecutor's office and complain! :)

INTERTOPS is an outstanding RT casino.  Received a $50 coupon in the mail for a no deposit bonus.  Got lucky and worked this into $250 after playing through required amount.  Cashed out and had the money in my bank in 3 days.  You can definitely trust them.

Other RT casinos suck.  Keep getting e-mails from them inviting me to play and offering me no-deposit bonuses.  Now, whenever I try to log into one of them I get a message "Casino closed for maintenance."

I see by gerigirl's post that I am not the only one that has made the play through on a free chip only to have your balance drop to near nothing shortly after. Has anyone got an explanation from any of the RTG casinos on why this happens? Better yet, has anyone got an RTD casino to admit that this even happened? I bet not. I finally got wise the 3rd time it happened to me so as soon as I reached the play through I started my monitor recording program. You know the ones that record everything that takes place on your monitor. It was a perfect recording. The money drops out of my account in the middle of a slot roll so you can tell I did not stop it, loose the money and start recording again. Or doctor it in any other way. This happened to me at palace of chance and I had over 2K in my account and it dropped to $60. I am going to see if they want to make it right or post the video all over the web.

rtg is a good software but the repustation is mostly destroyed by outfits like virtual/prism/gamblingwages group/crysal palace...


these crooks deserve nop respect at all.. i dont mind if they paid anaybody after several weeks.. you believe their tactic and they just fool.. get it!

when you play on a free chip and you reach the playthru it drops down to what the min withdrawl is but that's only on the virtyal group and other rtg casino's don't do it

others also do it.. but this is just annoying and not rigue ;-9

I have played at Club Player casino, and I have had no problems with cashing out. It does take some time but I had my money in about 3 weeks, and I didn't e-mail anyone. I cashed out 1700 and have another 1000 that is still pending. So far everything has been just fine with me.
