I see by gerigirl's post that I am not the only one that has made the play through on a free chip only to have your balance drop to near nothing shortly after. Has anyone got an explanation from any of the RTG casinos on why this happens? Better yet, has anyone got an RTD casino to admit that this even happened? I bet not. I finally got wise the 3rd time it happened to me so as soon as I reached the play through I started my monitor recording program. You know the ones that record everything that takes place on your monitor. It was a perfect recording. The money drops out of my account in the middle of a slot roll so you can tell I did not stop it, loose the money and start recording again. Or doctor it in any other way. This happened to me at palace of chance and I had over 2K in my account and it dropped to $60. I am going to see if they want to make it right or post the video all over the web. |

rtg is a good software but the repustation is mostly destroyed by outfits like virtual/prism/gamblingwages group/crysal palace...
these crooks deserve nop respect at all.. i dont mind if they paid anaybody after several weeks.. you believe their tactic and they just fool.. get it!
their rep here is a joke.. they dont care about their unethically business at all..
just blah..
if you play with them youre on your own and sooner or later theyll screw you..
ust for their processing times on cashouts theyre rogued to the bone..
just think one second and forget their stupid freebies..

when you play on a free chip and you reach the playthru it drops down to what the min withdrawl is but that's only on the virtyal group and other rtg casino's don't do it

I have played at Club Player casino, and I have had no problems with cashing out. It does take some time but I had my money in about 3 weeks, and I didn't e-mail anyone. I cashed out 1700 and have another 1000 that is still pending. So far everything has been just fine with me. LHofsdal |

i thanked mamrene because what he said i can confirm: its the virtual group that needs to be rogued i.m.o. rtg is just a software prvider, just like microgaming is as far as i know, correct me if im wrong, however the virtual group consists of : Bet Royal Casino Cirrus CasinoClub Player Cool Cat CasinoDreams Casino Ladyluckscasino Luckyacescasino Palace of Chance Party City CasinoPlayersupportcenter Prism CasinoSlots of VegasVip Lounge CasinoThe Virtual CasinoWild Vegas Casino i dont know if they are all still in buisness, but this is a group without proper licenses mostly, and they will do everything in their power to rip you off. trust me, or trust 1000's of other poor fools who lost their funds there i think winpalace is the latest, i found it here on the site, and even entered the contest, to win some freechips there, but as soon as i started plaaying, noticed the format was typical virtual group, but havent doublechecked it yet, justnoticed that there was bad support and worst of all: software failure that reset percentages, so that could also happen with your balance! you will have to have proof if that happens, so better stay clear ... |

I cashed out at The Virtual Casino, vegas strip on feb 2,2010 and niether have been approved.I emailed them and got no reply. Note: I even went to CDS to file a complaint and they no longer help with these casinos.So i think i'm screwed again. |

wait i have requerest a withdraw in party city casino on 12/28/2009 it is aproved on 01/29/2010 and i got my money only on 02/21/2010 they are paying but take so long time.....
