I have played G.C. for a long time. So far, never had any trouble and won money. But this is off the charts bad! No luck ever getting anyone in online chat. When you call customer service you either get....1. An idiot who knows nothing about your situation and you have to RE explain it a dozen times.....or....2. I very smooth talking person who assures you it is being taken care of.

From what I understand English does not own golden. This is the run down of who is sister sites of who English Harbor, Super Slots, Silver Dollar, Millionaire, Caribbean Gold, and VIP Slots are all sister sites. "New" Golden, Go casino and Online Vegas are sister sites. I like English for thier free daily slots but if your not a big spender your bonuses are not great. I like Golden sites for thier mystery free bonuses and suprise bonuses and thier daily bonuses but ever since they took away the free lunch rolls and 7 pm free rolls I dont like depositing there. They now charge for all tournaments. It may be only 50 cents but its still not FREE! The best and fastest payout I have ever recieved was from sloto cash it was in my e-wallet account in 48 hours! |

Vicki....I kept calling. You can FORGET about getting online help. The problem is when you call you get someone new each time. A lot of the representatives didn't make notes on my file so I had to RE-explain things each time. But, I finally got a rep. to help me. He said my money would be back in my account in under and hour....but.....it was two days. At least I got it back in my account. BUT...BUT...I am still waiting the wire withdrawal from it. (I had done a check before and it bounced) Good luck. I would stay away from these people.

I don't think English Harbor is in the same family. Their payouts are lightening fast.....LIGHTENING.
I did get my money refunded BACK into my Online Vegas Account, but they didn't put back in the orginial fees, which as a net loss to me.

I was thinking the same thing and that's the reason I didn't sign up for it. Also, many moons ago I downloaded Golden Casino and it took me forever to uninstall it. I got everything out except for an icon on my tray that wouldn't go away. After much research on the internet I finally got rid of it. Since I am not a computer genius I don't think I want to download it again. medtrans |
