  • Hey guys, been a while.

I started getting back in to playing online after taking a long time off. Always looking for a new edge, I found a few new ones with another site that we will just call TBFCL.  One of which was a new site called Liberty Bell.  It is a sleek new RTG so I decided to give it a whirl with the weak $15 free chip.  I always read the T&C's and never play a chip if it requires a deposit.  I am fine with documents, but it sends up a red flag if they require a deposit to cash out.  Liberty Bell did not have a deposit requirement and I figured I would burn through the chip and make a deposit.

Long story short I cleared the max on the free chip fairly fast for the max of $150.  My spidey sense started going off when I had a balance of $381 and hit playthrough between spins and the instantly dropped it to the max cashout of $150 to catch me off guard.  FYI, I have heard of casinos doing this but it hadn't happened to me before and I have played at ALOT of casinos.

I thought "well that is that" so I went to the cashier to withdraw the chip max and make a deposit.  To my surprise there were no withdrawal options.  I contacted live support and they said I needed to send in my docs and fill out the credit card auth form.  I said I never deposited and he said to leave it blank, I just needed to supply verification of my identity.  I went ahead and did it all and received a reply from the cashier that my docs had been received and I would get a reply within 24 hours.  Four days later I received an email from the cashier that my credit card info was missing and that a deposit is required to cash out.  Oh boy.  I instantly replied that the terms with the affiliate site and their own terms did not require this.  I haven't heard back from them in five days since.

I don't mind being burned, but something about this one bothers me.  We have all deposited and played with dirty stalling and non paying rogues, but this one is different.  Maybe it was because I had such high hopes for it.  Maybe it was because they probably would have gotten 500-1000$ in deposits from me had they followed through.  I loved the look.

So I raised hell in the blog about the free chip from them, supplied everything I said here to every email address I have for TBFCL, while CC'ing every email address I have for Liberty Bell.  I haven't received a single reply from anyone. Nothing.

What gives?  I have been harsh on LCB in the past about collecting $ from sites that are screwing their customers...but I am always met with a reply and reasoning from the excellent mods of this forum.

Just came on to post this and tell everyone to stay away from Liberty Bell and blow some sunshine towards LCB.  You guys are the best resource anyone can get when playing a casino online and I applaud you for that.  I wish these casinos would be just be honest.  Our tough gaming laws here in the US don't let us have access to the best sites and allow these guys to screw us without any recourse for us.

Makes me furious.  Thanks for reading my rant.

  • Ha! My point was proven about LCB instantly when I saw the hyperlink for liberty bell in my post after I submitted it.

Son of a gun.  The dreaded Rushmore.  I never knew.

Hell, TBFCL recommends Cool Cat and that whole group. Lesson learned.

  • Yes these guys are outright rogue and just Rushmore in disguise.  We discovered they were trying to pay the players and affiliates using Rushmore Group's e-wallets, which was one of the proofs that they are the same or at least run by the same scammers.

When we confronted them about our findings they lied and played dumb. So yes players must stay away.

  • Thanks Zuga.

  • And  just to add , they have word for word copy/pasted most of the Rushmore Group's rogue and predatory T&Cs.

  • Yes I saw the warning by LCB when they first appeared , pretending to be "new casino".  Why I never deposited and not even played with a free chip.

I applaud LCB for always looking after its members and I always heed their advice and suggestions.

Everyone else should do the same and not take these warnings lightly.

    Just my 2 cents

  • Yes Liberty Bell casino is nothing but the old Rushmore Group. I think I mention that a while back in another thread.

  • liberty bell sends me bonus codes but they never ever never work so whats the point right
