Hello all,
After my great experience with cleopatra's casino and there "funny money", now i have a different problem with a different casino, WANNABET
I signed up through the link here at LCB for the 50nd and registered an account, emailed support@wannabet.com as followed:Hello, I signed up at wannebet through my forum LCB, My account number is WB7***** GreetzGot an nice email back:Thank you for joining WannaBet Casino. As requested, we have issued the $50 No Deposit Bonus to your WannaBet account.
Good luck in the casino, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
Best regards,
WannaBet Support

***DEPOSIT TODAY AND RECEIVE UP TO A $500 WELCOME BONUS***But, they hade mad a mistake and credited the bonus manually, TWICE!!!
i played, and played, and played, till i had wagered enough for the requested rollover, as i was ready to withdrawel, (but as you make withdrawel request at cashier, it says minimum hundred) but i was still at 430, so i decided to play till i was down to exactly a hundred to go to make my withdrawel.
As followes:Hello
Thank you for joining WannaBet Casino and congratulations on your win.
You claimed the $50 No Deposit Bonus, and as you most likely are aware, this was issued to you twice. Rather than starting with $50 you started with $100. This was our error, and to correct this we have deducted the extra $50 that was issued to your account.
In order to process your withdrawal request we will require that you produce valid picture identification: -A photocopy of your picture ID (License or Passport) -A utility bill with proof of address
These must be emailed of faxed to: 1.800.818.6175 submit@gbforms.com
Please also indicate your preferred withdrawal method: https://www.wannabet.com/Cashier/Withdrawal-Information
Once we have received and verified the required documents we will process your request. But know i had a problem, because minimum cashout is 100, and they know deducted 50 from my 100 , so here i went again playing, and offcourse lost as followed i emailed support, and i am not a &^%hole, so i suggested a deal:
Hi Support, I didn't noticed it, but now my account was reduced till 58, and i had to go on for a minimum withdrawel of 100 as stated at cashier. And i lost all. I think this is not right, I had made the wagering requirements, but played at the casino till i was down too a hundred for cashout. So, lets say we both made a mistake, (i didn't) but lets say i did, and as a good gesture credit 50 to my moneybookers account, as it will be fair. And five minutes later the answer: Hello
As we indicated in the email below, your account was adjusted on July 8th. You still had the privilege of meeting rollover, starting with $100 rather than $50 as it should have been. When you started to play yesterday, your account as mentioned below was correctly adjusted to $58 which was showing as your account balance.
We admitted that there was an error on our part, and explained how we clarified this. We have been more than fair in regards to your situation, and there is nothing further we can do.
Thank you,
WannaBet Support www.wannabet.comSo here i am once again, been betting and sweating for as we say in dutch: Jan met de korte achternaamSO LET ME KNOW EVERYONE, WHAT SHOULD I DO KNOW? ?? Greetz (and sorry for the bad english)

I would have let them know they made a mistake right away to avoid this situation. Then before trying to cash out, I would have talked to support about the extra $50 if you dind't let them know right away. If you had let them know while you still had enough money, they would have taken their $50 back and you would still have been able to cash out the $100. As of now, I don't know what to advise you. I don't think they will give you anything further but maybe someone has some advise how to get them to.

I really don't see them giving you any money either. Although it was their mistake, maybe you should have told them about it when you noticed it. I don't know what else they could do. I mean maybe they have a rep on here that can help you out. Good luck to you!
