i have been playing at this casino for two years there has been a few times i could have withdrawn and chose to play it i have reached premium vip i was really disappointed with there xmas crap last year when i was able to deposit alot they sent me a camera and free chips this year nothing not even a comp chip.  loyalty doesnt matter i guess.  i have been struggling as i have had two surgeries and must have a 3rd almost died and my husband is deployed but that didnt matter it is deposit 5 times and we will give you a comp and i havent won in ages.  i am thinking about closing this account which is sad i like the games but they have changed.  i cant believe there wasnt any xmas chips given.  they need to get in line with besoft where you earn your freebie at xmas time.
