  • Vegas2web? Well I installed the casino just so I could talk with live support, and this is what I gathered.. Their clueless about that casino being the alternative for US players from Villento. He said they have hundreds of referrals, couldnt tell me anything about villento, and wasnt aware of it being an alternative. I was like so wait, somebody other than me set this account up, and your not aware of it? Dumbfounded! He comes back with.... If I can assist you with your vegas account I would be more than happy to. Then I said, isnt using my information to set up an account of any kind fraud? Again no answer... Then , may I help you with your vegas account. I just closed the chat box after that. Isnt that crazy, I mean WTF?

  • I received that email as well, but hadnt looked at it yet.  Seems a bit off to me to have Villento switch us to a Rival powered casino.  Really odd.

  • Hi ya Jacob.

I too have received the same email twice so far but haven't signed up or logged in with the user and password the email referred me to...thought it was a bit strange although I have always believed Villento group casinos trustworthy.
But so far I haven't seen or read any where that this not so new as they claim to be, problems so I guess it's another of those wait and see...
Sorry can't be more help. embarrassed

  • I'm very surprised indeed.  Can they really legally do that?

    I wouldn't have thought so.

  • One thing they didnt mention in the email was the money I had at Villento. I wrote them, but with no response..

  • i contacted live chat when i recived my email...and asked what is up with my loyalty point that villento said would transfer over...live chat instisted that they knew nothing about the email i copied & pasted it to chat...still instisted that they knew nothing and had no affilates...

i told them on chat that i would make sure to report it to the correct authorities because their casino had all my info and i had an account at their casino that i did not set up myself..so that sounds like fraud

so i said ok and ended that chat....well i received this email 2 days after..

    Hi xxxxxxx

I trust this email finds you well.

Allow me to introduce myself to you as Joey Nevada, casino manager at Vegas2Web. In exceptional circumstances I do find the need to handle a query directly to assure you that every step has been taken by our support team to handle your query.

In this instance however, the support desk agents were not provided with information on how or when these accounts were created. This is the only reason you were provided with limited information yesterday.

Part of what was advised over chat was that we are in no way affiliated to any other casino. This is true. Vegas2Web is a separate entity entirely that is operated by Rival powered software. The email you received was from a casino that decided to provide you with a solution to the issue players from the USA faced because of an executive decision made by their software provider to pull out of the US. They wanted to refer their valued players to a casino that would no doubt be concerned with each of their players and provide them with a continued level of excellent service and entertainment.

This is why your details were transferred to us so that we could provide you with trusted software and a secure online casino at which to continue playing.

I see that you also mentioned loyalty points in your chat. If you refer to that email once again, you will find that you were advised that your loyalty tier status i.e. that of a club player has been transferred over. This change was particularly beneficial to the VIP players who could experience the benefits of the new casino software and still maintain their tier status which affords them higher match and general promotions based on their transactions. Please note that your loyalty points have not been transferred to Vegas2Web as those points were not accumulated through our software. For more information on moving up a loyalty tier and becoming a VIP at Vegas2Web, please click here.

Danielle, I sincerely hope that the information provided here has answered your questions. You’re welcome to log into your preregistered account at Vegas2Web (login name jonizia711) and benefit from the fantastic opening offer of $1,000! This offer is divided as follows:

    • 100% deposit match for your 1st deposit up to $150
    • 30% deposit match for your 2nd deposit up to $750
    • 50% deposit match for your 3rd deposit up to $210
    • Free spins every week for 52 weeks (terms and conditions apply)

You will need to claim a promotion in your account before you make a deposit and both deposit and bonus will be credited to your account at the same time, bringing you more time to wager on your favorite games!

We hope you enjoy the magic Vegas2Web bring to the comfort of your home and wish you the best of luck!

    Regards,
    Joey Nevada

ALSO i would like to add that i received an email from them today..and find it odd that they have the same contest like villento----The Mystery Symbol, contest and the Weekend purchase bonus....hummmmmm

  • So Villento "gave away" your details to another casino that has nothing to do with Villento because you are from the USA.  This casino that has nothing to do with Villento, opened up an account with your login details and password without your permission.  I can see why you received a very pleasant email.  Surely what they have done is against data protection, privacy policies and so on?

  • Before anyone makes any deposits into this casino, I would first make sure there is a way to withdraw your winnings.
As far as I know there is still no Rival casino that has withdrawloptions available for US players, exept Betphoenix, they offer WU.

  • I just checked the privacy policy for Villento:

    Villento Las Vegas guarantees:

Not to sell, give away, or otherwise communicate your personal or corporate information to any other persons or companies, except as necessary to provide you with the very best in service and products.

I guess the "except as necessary to provide you with the very best in service and products" covers a multitude of sins including selling your details to this other casino.  I wonder how much they got paid for them?

If they did then it should be treated as broken Promise or breach of contract but then again just how many times we have seen casinos pulled this in the past...
    Just so wrong.
  • Not sure but they wont be getting a dime from me. laugh_out_loud
