  • Unfortunetly, I have been depositing on this site for about 2 months now, and just won big enough to want to cashout now.  I get up to 500 dollars which is the max for my 25 dollar deposit, and I ask them for the form I need to print off and fax back so that I can be ready for the documents come monday.  The guy tells me only the cashier can send me one through email.  I tell him this is ridiculous and to just give me the link to the form and then he bans me for being "unreasonable"... My account is blocked.. The phone number they list for blocked accounts automated message is a nmber that says its been disconnected and the other phone number on their website says that they are unable to take calls and has said that for 3 days.  These guys are flat out morons and deserve to be black listed from all users. If anyone has any idea how to get my money from these guys who now cannot be reached because they never answer emails (sent over 50 emails and are not blocked, I get the emails that i deposit so I know i recieve emails from themand I got one from support the first time about echecks) PLEASE HELP!

  • I know I can't help you with that casino but I can give you an advice for the future.
    Everytime you consider to make a deposit into a new casino, goggle it. Write Vegascasino21, rogue, for example and then you will find out if the casino is okey or if other people have had trouble with it.
    Most of us learn the hard way, and unfortunately I don't think you will get your money.

  • Lychie, I thought I was the only one Vegas21 screwed with.  I know your pain.  Please understand the odds were against you getting the finance department to email you the form you needed.  I am shocked the customer service person didnt tell you that you didnt reach your playthru.  I cant believe you were able to deposit there without them trying to get all your person banking information.  Go to the review section under Vegas21 read my fun with them from I believe from last May and then write your disaster.  As much as I love top game sites other than the Rome Group every one of the top game sites are a major problem when it comes to withdrawals.  Each one has their own scam when it comes to withdrawals.  I honestly believe when a company signs a license agreement with the top game software company they are given a list of unused reasons not to pay the customers and the company buying the software picks one and uses the excuse over and over again.  Lynchie look at the one positive thing here, you are banned from Vegas21 they wont be calling you using nasty tactics to get you to deposit there again.  I am sorry you happened to pick the biggest crooks and scam top game site there is online.

  • Lynchie, I really wonder if we all start writing the Top Game software company if things will change.  I came close a few weeks ago.  They have a website with 2 email addresses, one for the sales department and the other is for the affliate people.  I think they sove the problems with the customer service people who get commissions on our deposits but thats it.

  • finally got a reply from the rep on here but he stated that i dropped an F bomb on one of his support reps in game, so they banned me.. This is how smart they are, never did I ask why I was banned, I asked where my money is, how i am going to get it, and why they have a bogus phone number, none of which was answered by this guy.  what do you know...?

  • An F bomb its enough for them.  Try a nuclear bomb next time.  As bright as that place is I am totaly surprised they know what an F bomb is.  Ask that same person why do they have a place on their site to do withdrawals and have they ever paid a withdrawal.  I remember last May when I told them I dont trust them to make another deposit they wanted to give me the name and phone number of a person in the USA that made a total of over $10,000 in deposits to prove they were honest online casino.  I told the guy I call that stupidity.

  • Lynchie, I am so pissed off at myself!!!!!!!  I just read the review section and all I would have had to do last May was drop an "f" bomb on them and it would have saved me a bunch of cell phone minutes from their phone calls to me.  Please keep me updated with your quest for your money thru this thread.  In most cases I can see where your "f" bomb would be considered inappropiate language to be banned but what is it considered when you tell the truth????  Believe me, you got saved by them banning you because they wont try and smooth things over then use their famous tactics with you and try and get you to deposit again there.

    Jocan, we all have the freedom 2 choose 2 play @ these sites or not.  LCB does not censor nor does it seek 2 dictate which casinos we should play at and which we should avoid.  As for 'touting' specific sites, surely you've been around here long enough 2 have noticed the warning symbol that is posted about known rogues.  Speaking from personal experience, all RTG  and Rival casinos stink.  HOWEVER, that is merely my opinion & I wouldn't dream of telling others not 2 play there.  Some of us have had positive experiences with 'known rogue' casinos, some of us have had negatives.  Bottom line is that it remains the choice of each individual whether he/she plays a certain site or not.

    A piece of advice Jocan. Dont assume.

    Its very simple, as you all know we got warnings at our site about certain casinos. Its up to the players discretion to follow or ignore those warnings.

    As far as TopGame casinos, in the past couple of months we had roughly 10 complaints, mostly about non payments.

    9 of these complaints were successfully resolved ( aka players got paid ) , and one was partially resolved. By partially I mean player eventually got paid but only after they spent big part of their winnings.

    We have pointed out to our TopGame casino contacts that their withdrawal times and delay tactics they use are unacceptable.

    As a direct consequence of their actions we have added warnings for Warning Rich Casino and Warning Aztecasino .

    Back to the Vegascasino21 issue. We couldn't possibly be making any money as we have closed all their promotions/bonuses and removed all their bonuses from our bonus lists. VegasCasino21 Review.

    So Jocan before you make any more assumptions I advise you to get your facts straight.

    On top of this we have contacted Vegascasino21 Rep about this issue and waiting for the reply.

    The language used by this player was very inappropriate and ban was justified in my opinion. But non the less , the issue here is withdrawal, and I want to see what can be done in order for this player to get their money.

    What you don't seem to realize is plenty of sites come with warning signs and if that is not enough there is a paragraph written on warnings when going to a review page.

    Have you ever stopped to look at the ND thread? Take a look at the most heavily posted threads? Grand Prive Group is the hottest thread and causes the most headaches and problems. And guess what........they are not even part of LCB's links with the exception of Bella Vegas where ALL bonuses have been removed by LCB! And why aren't they??? They are rogue not only to players but to affiliates as well for nonpayment.

    Do we stop that thread from being the HEAVIEST THREAD posted on. No we don't because YOU the members want to play there and we don't censor. We can lead the horse to water but we can't force them to drink.

    LCB is fair and it is you the members who decide what casinos you play at. It is you the players that are given the freedom here to discuss bad experiences. And when there is a bad experience Zuga will try to solve the problem before jumping in and labeling them rogue.

    It will take more than a few posts to label any casino rogue because there is a difference between a disgruntled player and the casino truly treating them poorly. We allow all posts good and bad and it is encouraged to let members know about their experiences and it is never censored.

    LCB's main concern is the members. And i think time and time again we have proven that.

  • I dont think people realize how much work Zuga does helping members with casino problems.  Personally I do.  Zuga stepped in with a problem I had when helping me with a different problem.  I asked him twice to give up but he didnt.  He tried 2 weeks to help me when I guess he realized it was an impossible mission.  I have alot of respect for Zuga and will always have his back.  To answer something Jocan wrote, there is a tab called "game reports" on top game sites.  I think its under menu.  Click on "reconcile".  Change the dates to the days you need and the 4th line down says "total bets".  That is the amount of playthru you have done for those days you entered.  Most top game sites that offer non cashable bonuses use 20x as your playthru and most cashable bonuses are 35x.  The one different casino is Winward which is non cashable and 12x playthru but their withdrawal terms are so stupid for new players for the 1st 6 months is not worth depositing there.  I didnt find this out until my 3rd deposit and I tried to do a withdrawal.  People  give me their not so nice comments about my top game posts with withdrawal problems but the amount of play I get from top game sites from my deposits is so far superior to when I use to play on rival and rtg sites.  I stated before if top game sites paid withdrawals like the rtg sites I did withdrawals from I wouldnt have to work a job.  Lastly, going back in time I thought I read somewhere that the top game software company owned and ran 1 top game site.  I think it is Rich Casino.  If I am right and players are having major problems with them it explains the major problems at alot of top game sites.  Everyone take care and good luck with your playing exclamation!

  • UPDATE!!! Sorry to all of those who have been folloiwng this post and helping me with the issue... I have been mostly on Casinomeister posting this, because the REP here told me he would only be dealing with casinomeister dealing with the nonpayment issue and to go there if I wanted any chance to be paid.  What a load of shit.  So the casino rep did send one email to BINGOT of casinomesiter and told him that "rest assured, lynchie will be paid out".. BingoT has since asked them why their 2 phone numbers listed lead to no where, why I haven't recieved an email from the 35 posts that I left support and finance, why no document that was suppose to have been sent in the mail was recieved, and why nothing was done to contact me personally before it came to posting on the casino...  So the rep messaged back one time to BingoT and that was it, bingoT is now telling me he sends 10 emails daily to them with no avail.  They have completely ignored every single email I've made, never made a point to contact me, leave up false phone numbers, and no one can do a thing about them to try and get my money.  What kind of site has 2 phone numbers that dont' work, then leaves them up when a webmaster to the forum tells them about it?  They are still up, yes... 2 false phone numbers that lead you to believe you will get helped when you have a question.  Please, Zuga, let me know what you can do, because I really don't understand how these 9/10 have gotten their money.  As far as abusive chat goes, Ummmmm... what do you think you would have said after what i've posted about this site?     I do understand your frustration and all but I am a bit confused here after what I read in this thread.
    You posted your situation, trying to find some answers/opinions but you were told by the REP here and I agree on that I find it very absured by the way, tell you to go to Cmeister and obviously they were trying to help your situation as well but with no such result came out as you expected which I totally understand how you must feel...lost/angry and more than frustrated so you came back here, turn to Zuga for help again which is just fine but to tell him to use his head.......I find it quiet rude and bothered by such a remark on a person who has done nothing but always trying to help and support members here...do you honestly believe this is how you ask for help?
    No matter what, there is always such a simple fact of respect and courtesy that you must never forget especially when you need a help! Correct me if I took it wrong please!

    Lynch  u said they block ur calls, then go to a pay phone and call. They don't have that # or go online to the casino from a diff computer not ur own so the ip is diff. U can try that but to be honest with u i don't think u will see ur money unless u go knocking on there door. Even if u had a lawyer. How are u going to serve them with the summon? This company might not be in the US. Just things to think about.

In the US it is illegal to operate and run an online casino HELLLLLLLLOOOOOOOO. The sad thing is to get your money you will have to give them your bank info etc. I would NOT trust this place at all!!!!
  • Actually this bogus site claims to give out checks, when I first won, and was very kind... which I was always until they tried to F*** me over blindly, I had talked to the guy and he said (and I saw on withdrawl methods) a curior check which they claimed would come within 3-7 days.. But I mean they also say they will respond to your email in 48 hours and im still waiting... 2400? Oh well.. Time to find this person

  • I cannot confirm this because I have not, nor have I ever recieved any information from support or finance about my cashout.  I was notified via automatic message when I depositted each time so I know they can contact me, and I have also checked my filter list and they aren't on there..  Do they claim that I do not need to send in documents or this faxback form in order to recieve a check and that a check is indeed "in the mail"?

    It is advised you cease playing at Vegas casino 21, due to lack of payments being made.

    Complaints are numerous and this casino has had more then enough time to rectify the situation, but apparently have chosen not to.

    Unfortunately Garry ( the vegascasino21 Rep ) have chosen to ignore my emails. It is clear to me now, they do not wish to fix all the outstanding issues, including this complaint.

    Garry was helpful in past with resolving other member complaints, but things have changed for the worst.

    Many emails were sent, very few received, usually with long delay. I was assured that payment was processed, but when I asked for more details I ran to the wall of silence.

    Now it is clear they do not wish to pay this player, or just hope the complaint will go away.

    Because of all these outstanding issues, non payments, delay tactics and such we have added the WARNING Vegascasino21

    This is not the first step we took, as we have already removed them from our bonus listings and ceased all the traffic weeks ago, with the hope they will come around. Unfortunately they failed to do so and therefore the warning now.

    With all this said I will continue to email them and try to resolve this complaint.
