An update:
After my last post, Ive emailed them again and finally got a reply.
$250 was refunded back to your card and should reflect on your account within 3-5 biz days. The rest of the payment was sent via cheque which will take 7-10 biz days.
Your casino account has been reopened and you can check the reports but you wont be able to make any further deposits.
So it seems that casino has finally done the right thing after weeks of being stuck in limbo and basically one way correspondence.
It took me many emails and chasing to achieve something here, especially with the vagueness of the return information from the casino side.
lynchie let me know when u receive your refund and cheque.
The warning about this casino is to stay considering the time they took to resolve the complaint, and the amount of complaints escalating in the last few months ( all for non payments, delay tactics, non responsive customer support ).

So I did, infact, log in to vegas21 for the first time in a month after winning 500.. I go to the reports and check out withdrawl.. says I requested it on 15th of november, and that it is still PENDING... I ask the customer support rep and he tells me, Yeah it is still pending, these things take time........ so I logged off before I told him where he could shove his explanation.. As far as the rest of the payment they said its gonna take couple of more days for their processor.
Also I heard you been acting up on live chat again. I strongly suggest you not to act this way as it will certainly diminish our efforts to get you the money.

Two weeks now gone by now, still only 115 dollars out of 500, logged back on to ask again, where my money was, and was told that I am a liar and will no longer be talked to because I told them before I only got 80, LMFAAAAAOOOO... Um another payment came in you f***king losers... Funny how they just come up with some bullshit sentence so they don't have to answer YOUR sentence, which happend to be, "How can you still not have sent me my money in 2 months, and what is the date on this so called check that was sent out two weeks ago?" ... What a joke.. Maybe in another 2 months ill have 160 out of 500? We can only hope! Enjoy being blacklisted.. thats where you should remain for the remainder of your casino's life on EVERY site... Im still pursuing your issue. I really do understand your frustration but your conversations with live help are really NOT helping neither your case and my efforts to get them to pay you.
The issue now ( although it shouldn't be) is the $115 payment your already received. You state it was in two separate instalments, but they think you misled them about the received amount.
To get this obstacle out of the way please PM me the transaction IDs for both of those payments ( and if any other transaction details related to transactions ).
I know they have been misleading us both concerning your withdrawal and amount sent. But at this point I need you to refrain yourself from any further correspondence with casino support and provide me with details Ive asked from you.

i agree to him at all.
once i had big problems with them.
they counted my playthrough wrong. i contacted them several times, that i should have made my playthrough but they got angry and talked to me like i was an idiot.
after they said i have still 20% to play through i lost all. i found the listings of my play in my play details and i was a huge amount over the playthrough.
the next day they said the system counted wrong (!!!) ....for sure! what is this system made of please?
they f*** me with a cheap trick.
after that i wanted to compromise and they talked and talked and said ok we do this, but they just talked and never did. they played wrong and after it they stole me a lot of time just for a no deposit cashout.
they are wrong. in my opinion totally listed!
makes me still totally angry! >:(

Hello?? ... Whatever... As for the payments I will take a picture of them in my online banking to show you what they are and how much was given. My other concern is, WHERE IS THIS CHECK?? I asked the morons about fifteen times what the date on it was and when it was sent without a reponse, just another dumb shit sentence telling me that I will get my money and to be patient and that my two months of waiting isn't that ridiuclous... One coming later than the others, thus making me a liar and thus making me unable to talk to them again. they can't see what payments they've already made? How can the morons be confused its a payment, they can't see what has been paid already?? is this some kind of twilight zone joke? I'm not laughing... Oh no, don't get me wrong.. Zuga is the greatest, and I have a great deal of respect for him for helping me out of the kindness of his own heart... I am just saying I am being patient in my eyes, I literally logged on there and simply asked when the check had been sent and what was the status on the 130 I was owed still via bank transfer.. What really is getting me angry is the fact that they keep saying to zuga and others, and what seems to be spreading around is, that I endlessly abuse them and they do this to destroy my credability.. I am just letting out my frustration, because i NEVER blew up on them again after the first incedent, which they provoked.. Sorry for the venting, I just still can't believe this is going on..!

We have at least made some progress with the refund you have received. I agree its not enough but its a start.
I believe they have money flow issues and thats why all the runaround given and broken promises. And thats why they ended up on our Casino Warnings list.
Regarding the cheque they supposedly sent your way, it was nothing more than an attempt to buy them some time. No cheque was issued I am sure of this now.
The last info I received regarding the rest of your payment is that their processing dep. is on vacation and that it will take some additional time.
It has been very frustrating, even more so for you as it is your money. But there is nothing much you can do at this point but to remain patient and refrain yourself from talking to casino support.
Calling them liars and cheaters wont get you anywhere and it is hurting my efforts here , as it seems they are looking just for an excuse not to pay you.
As far as my attempts to get you paid, Im still not ready to give up, so I ask you to leave it in my hands till i say otherwise. I did get you the refund, so Im hoping youll see the rest of your money sooner than later.

So im hoping when they told Zuga that they were going to pay me immediately, and that I should recieve a check in 4-6 days they really meant that I should recieve it in another month, and hopefully that is tomorrow! weeeeeee!! unfortunately still no word from vegascasino21 representative. They have stopped answering to my emails...
At this point it looks like they won't be paying the player.
Its suffice to say that our warning is to stay on effect and all players are advised to avoid this casino at all cost.

TAAAADAAA was right. Even though you tell Vegas Casino21 not to call you anymore they ignore you. I was trying to make my dinner and another idiot from there called my cell phone. After asking him if he knew who Ricky was he finally said yes. I told this guy that I told Ricky I didnt want anymore phone calls from them. I proceeded to tell this guy their casino is scam and they dont have a working phone number to be reached, their customer service people are so rude and they dont pay their players. He then said something that set me off. I called them a bunch of theives and I would never play there again after the lies and b.s.. I told him to look at this website and other websites that prove my point. Then I got called a LIAR !!!!!!! I started spitting F BOMBS out so fast I couldnt keep count of them. Finally when my blood pressure hit 200/140 I told him to leave me the (insert f bomb here) and never (insert f bomb here) call me again. WTf is wrong with these idiots???????????? Good point lynch that is what it's exactly like. And i agree it's total BS.
What is equally disappointing is the rep for this casino. If anything you have brought more awareness to players not to deposit there. Zuga has worked on this to bring you justice and it goes on deaf ears so its obvious the casino nor the rep cares.

I just wrote them an email to the support email addy giving them my real name and screen name then told them to close my account with an f bomb inserted and to quit call my cell phone with an f bomb in there. Remember Lynchie got his account blocked because of an f bomb so that was my goal. I received an email back assigning me a ticket number for my email. Go figure.
