Hallo every body

I don't really like this kind of casinos, but yesterday, for the third time I played in. I choose Vegas Sky, claiming mother's day promo.The terms were 200% on deposit, 26 x wager (b+d) , max cash out 5 x bonus. So, I made my counts, deposited 50 , get 150, made a wager of 200x 26 , that is 5000. Going into the casher , it's written "wagering not met". Right now I'm about 12000 of wager.
I've already seen that "allowed games may have a different value in wagering during a promotion".It seems to me to play blind and into the fog.

Is there someone who can help me?
I was looking for a rep, here, but didn't find.

Do they have live chat?  You could try querying it with them in the first instance.

it seems things go better. I didn't see any chat, but maybe they don't answer, cause they see I write from Italy. It happens in many casinos, thinking italians only speak their own mother language....
Right, I 've written to the support and they were very kind and speedy, and gave me all explanations.
Now I've sent all docs. Hoping it's a serious group. Worried
