Hi all,

i found a free chip for this casino on the internet it is a playtech casino, i followed the rules with the affiliate in question and registered the card and so on, and it has now been 4 days

and i goto support and all they do is say i am not eligible when i know i am,  i have emailed the owners of that affiliate website too, so i will see what they say,

i also emailed support the day i registered the card which was 3-4 days ago, and it was just a standard reply saying please wait 72 hours

that time has now passed

the reason i put it as a warning is this.....

support treated me really badly, it took about 1 hour to get someone to talk to me, i had the window open for an hour, then when they did, this person called sed was kept hard selling me a first deposit bonus and refusing too understand what i was talking about regarding the free chip, he also said the manager would say the same and i should contact the affiliate in regards to the free chip, why is it down to the affiliate i followed the steps properly and they refuse it and just keep saying deposit deposit deposit and at this point im fuming even more, how can they have a nerve to do this and treat us like this and then have a nerve to keep hard selling a deposit bonus

Totally out of order in my honest oppinion some may agree, others might not agree, but i feel that this casino isnt very nice one the way i was treated

yah, and no problem, i will wait and see what happens when i get the email back from the affiliate, obviously i will not post which and who lol

what i also hate is the way these support hard sell bonuses, and try to force us to deposit, and even if u ask them to stop, they just keep carrying on, i think it is totally out of order the way they do this, it needs to be stopped, players choose to deposit, not get bombarded every second line they say, deposit deposit deposit especially when i was trying to talk about a free chip, all he kept saying was deposit depoist 200% bonus on first deposit, really really out of order

just an update, i got the free bonus, after all that trouble, so maybe this helped,

i didnt get the email from that affiliate though

still a warning though for this casino, be aware of the support hard sell tactics
