I just talked to support and we( USA Players) are no longer part of Vegas Partner Lounge casinos. What they told me is they sold our accounts to another company that is where we find ourselves now. At Casino Us. I was also told my freebies that were promised are no longer any good. As for bonuses in future it is up to this new company. We may not even get our loyalty points that to is up to new company.

I feel microgaming is dumpping us for a profit on the sale of our accounts. And any rewards we may have earned are gone. Well this really sucks.  Huh? Angry
