Has anyone had trouble withdrawing from cirrus casino?

I was approved for a withdrawal two weeks ago (for real money won by playing a free chip) and was worried because they said it would only be 10 days.  I'm not sure what to do from here.

 
i have only a doubt regarding cirrus & c , a lot of people thank gods
for the free chips (work made to let forget about the vc group
rogue) , some people says that free chips are not cashed , some
other says that have payment problems ,some other not (maybe the virtual players), many say that a thousand
times with the free chip have won zillion dollars obviously not cashed due to an ocean of reasons (winners sniping and survivor contest ^_^).
by the way i can say that i am receiving 10 emails a day regarding
the same coolcat freechip (puntually sent to spamcop)
i counted around 20 websites that sends to me the same email.
on my surroundings this is called spam , i understand everything but not spam .Seems that the coolcat ,cirrus , palace of chance and all the other casinos of the group are trying everything to attract players on their casinos and that the 50% off or more season of the free chips will endure another year or more , this is like the mlm someone will be paid some other
later some other not is a risk in the risk , but we are gamblers we love the risk so who will be the next to deposit ?

Im am saying im have been payed . . . this take me 1 month but finally im have the payment by MoneyGram. Im pick up $230 becouse $20 are in fee.

Yes is fastidius wait too much time for cashout. But Is a Free chip so for me is fine.
