Hi everyone. I have Windows Vista and I've been trying to download the full microgaming casinos on to access some of my old accounts ( Im in the US and have been getting killed at my normal casinos).  When I begin the download, the first screen pops up as if the downlaoad has started but the button to accept the terms and continue are partially missing and wont let me continue forward.  Has anyone else had this problem and know a way around it?  Thx for any assistance

Slot host sent me this when I was having trouble,. I didn't do all of it. Not sure what to do with it once it's on there. Put them both on and then took active x one off, cause it looked like it wanted me to buy it. Anyway it worked just with direct x.  Maybe you'll understand it better than me, "cause I don't know what I'm doing anyway!

Firstly, I would recommend that you delete all your temporary internet files and cookies. Delete everything on your computer that refers to the Platinum Play Casino.

Then you will need to un-install the casino software completely.

Once this has been done you will need to go to www.microsoft.com and select Downloads & Trials. Then select Download Centre. Under Top Downloads for: you select Direct X. Click on Go and select DirectX End-User Runtime, which is the first option under Popular Downloads. Install this program.

Once this has been installed you need to go to www.activex.com and install the latest version of ActiveX which is ActiveX Download Control 3.11.

Once both these programs have been installed you need to shut down your computer and restart it. This will enable both programs to take effect.

Once your computer has restarted you will need to disable your pop-up blockers, firewalls and anti-virus software. Once this has been done you go to the following website and install the Platinum Play software: http://www.platinumplay.eu/

After the installation has been completed you are more than welcome to enable your pop-up blockers, firewalls and anti-virus software again.

I hope that this will assist you with the problem at hand Helena.

My very best regards.

Sincerely,

Etienne

Thanks for the advice everyone.  I'm really leery to download anything to my PC without my firewall and virus protection up, but also very bored. Smiley  hmmm what to do sigh.  I hate Vista sometimes.
