this happens to me often at the rival casinos , i lose my conection to the server and the reels just keep spinning. i try to exit and it tells me to finish the game before exiting but i can't. the last time it happened i was in the middle of free spins and did not want to lose them by shutting my computer off so i opened another window and contacted live support, she told me to use my task manager to end the program (control alt delete)-end task. when i logged back into the casino i returned to the same game and my free spins where still there waiting!  i wondered if i could do this anytime  |

It happened to me more than once at micro's casinos too  . I get irritated by it but oh, well that never stops me playing anyway. |

OMG Wnanhee..... I can not stop laughing at your avatar..love it! Yep I hate when those wheels keep spinning...throws my whole concentration off. A couple of days ago i was in Paydirt and i got bonus "strike it lucky" and the screen froze when i went to bonus and i was playing $2.50 a spin which is high for me. I just panicked....none of the mine shaft doors lit up. I tried everything clearing my ram, disk clean, to see if it would unfreeze...NADA. I was afraid i'd lose my bonus. So i had no choice but to use taskmanager and closed casino. I rebooted. I reloaded casino and went back into Paydirt and Woo hooo there I was back in the bonus round. Good to know we dont lose our spot |

Hi Phantom,
I think we all experience that....and its really scary when on a bonus round. What i always wonder is what if we didnt go back to that game....is it a bonus waiting for eternity.........are the wheels on the bus gonna go round and round, round and round, round and round?

well, on another note...one time I was playing on a Microgaming Casino, and it happened..not a bonus round, but a case of the spins. It did not stop, so I just shut it down, and it ate up half of my money. When I turned it back on, almost a hundred dollars was missing, and they wouldn't do anything about it. |
