T&C's that are made up

I saw a promotion, wager £10 on a certain slot everyday and get £5 bonus max for each day the following next week.
Please bare in mind I started at 11.20PM and finished at 2AM .
First played for the promotion, when wagered I started  playing elsewhere till 12.15AM.
Went back to the promotion and played another £10 wager as it was the next and checked T&C's

First day £5 bonus, ty
Second day no bonus so I call staff. After looking into my history they say they can not give me the bonus because I played ONE session so u can only have £5 instead of £10.

They said its like I was going into a cash machine at 11.59 to take out 300 , then wait till 12.01 to take out another 300.

I told him u make me sound like a criminal with that example. If the bank allows u to do that then so be it , it is your cash.

As for your excuse, where does it say that in the T&C's . What If I started at 11.20.PM and played for a solid straight 8 hours, lost or won 1k then logged out. U would not give me a 2x £5 bonus?

Technically speaking no because u played u still played one session sir.

With that I was so pi**ed off I closed my account there and then.  And told them where they could stick it  >:(

So the terms and conditions don't indicate that the bonus is based on a session per day? And by session you would have been required to log out? I would be a bit upset too if that were the case.

I'd be mad too.  They make them up as they go along it seems.

Well, they just adjust the terms as it suits them. I'd be very annoyed as well.
