 Angry

Don't waste your money with this bunch, they have a long history of duping customers with  no pay, slow pay and lip service when you ask for money that you won outright. Enough with the subterfuge. Someone needs to shut them down for good. Beware! tell your friends! ANYONE on ANY SITE that has something positive to say about this bunch is a shill, pimping for the organization. Believe it!

Hmmm..We have a prism rep here. Ingrid helps when other avenues seem to be a waste of time.

Sure it does take 3 weeks to get paid but she's doing the best she can.

Guess that makes me a pimp hey?

Crus8r,

Is your new found pogrom versus the Virtual Group due to a specific instance or just a more general attitude? it is great to get warnings about casnos that are treating their players wrong and often when the case warrants intervention for obvious gross negligence a public flaming can be of assistance.

On the other hand, we also get many indignant people who have used their second to seven hundredth free chip in a row, or had multiple accounts to use free chips suddenly finding that they cannot cash out a win because of their own action's and then go on and on about it being a casino's fault.

Yes the Virtual Group of casinos has a long history of being sluggishly slow on payouts, of being quick to point out T&C violations which in almost every case Void a potential win, as well as other gripes against them.

On the same note, if you will review the New Leaf thread here at LCB with an open mind, look at what complaints were made by Members and players as well as how the Prism Aff Mgr dealt with each case, then give us some input on what or how they can do better.

Yes, The virtual group has been around almost as long as internet gambling has been and it is very unlikely they will be going under anytime soon under the barrage of yet another call to arms across the forums. Being as they will be with us for a long time, take the time to try working for a positive change.

Read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly... Is there anything in them you find needs adjusted, clarified or you feel is unfair?

Look through your account history... Have you redeemed multiple free chip's in a row?
Do you have more than one account?

And here is the kicker... If withdrawal approval and processing could be gotten down to the 15 day target and you could be confident that, barring any obvious T&C violations, that your payout would be honored in that time frame... What would it take to convince you to make a single deposit?

You mentioned Club Player specifically so give us your story...

To make a long story short. I took advantage of the free chip, played it out, was aggressively marketed by phone to take advantage of more bonuses and chips.

I took advantage of one, played that down, deposited my own money and withdrew a substantial amount. As we know with most, if not all online casinos, the playthrough amount is shown until your winnings are available in the withdrawable field.

I changed my mind after a couple of days and redeposited the amount, only to increase my winnings by %500. I chose two options for withdrawal as they seemed to be the most expeditious way of receiving my money, oddly enough one was called Overnight Express.

Just for the sake of experimentation, I chose Overnight for one amount and wire transfer for the smaller one, just to see how soon I would recieve my money. Lo and behold, I was told that the approval process alone would take 7 to 10 days (later I was quoted 10 -15 days, so much for consistancy)

Two weeks later,I'm becoming suspicious and take advantage of the chat feature to enquire why it continues to take so long for the approval process. I will not change my mind and put my money back into play. Imagine hearing that even if approved it could take another 10 days to receive my money.

I usually have my money after this period when I'm dealing wih other casinos and as the Casinomeister points out, "there is no excuse for slow pays".

When I asked for management, I'm told that no matter how much I won, I'm only entitled to receiving 130 dollars maximum to cash out because of a free chip. This is what I'm told after I was able to withdraw money that I won fair and square? That did it.

No reputable establishment would operate in this fashion, treat their customers this way and still have a loyal following. I was born at night, but not last night.

I wonder if Leonardo DiCaprio will portray a character from this particular group of casinos in his upcoming movie about Costa Rican casinos. I bet one of the producers got burned as well and is itching for a cinematic expose.

So as much as I consider myself to be open-minded and I do understand that when gambling online, there are risks that you assume, financially and otherwise. But I  know a shady business entity when I see one and nothing short of receiving the full amount of money owed to me will change my mind.

I do thank those who took the time to respond.
