  • I just won a random jackpot from Silver Oak Casino. OVER $7,000. I requested a withdraw and max withdraw was $2,500. I think that's just the limit for each deposit. I contacted live support just to make sure this was for real. As I was waiting for a reply I started playing Let 'em Ride with the remainer of the balance and this is what I got from live support:

  • If you get  your money, you will definitely be one of the lucky ones. I do hope you the best of luck considering the casino you were playing at. A word of advice though... If it says slots only.... Stick to slots only.

    NO MAX CASHOUT means exactly that, you could have had the $7,000. NO MAX CASHOUT. My question for you is, you said you requested your withdrawal, then while you were waiting for support you played LET EM RIDE. Who told you Max cashout was $2,500? Who helped you make your withdrawal request? Also how did you know that, what was left in the account you could still play with that money to play LET EM RIDE?  If the MAX cashout was $2,500 EVEN though that is not what the bonus says that you took above!! But even if, the casinos ALWAYS CLEAR THE REMAINING FUNDS to ZERO. So that players cannot continue to play because it is not their money. But your case is interesting for sure, because at the time you hit the RANDOM you met the requirements. And DID NOT play any games other then SLOTS. Had you made your withdrawal request BEFORE you played LET EM RIDE? Even though you should not have? You were still on with chat and did not give them a chance to clear your acct. But they do require that you cannot post anything about your complaint online on any forums, until it is resolved. This Casino is known as a ROGUE Casino though.
  • He can't PAB at casinomeister because it is a rogue casino. He can try and hope for the best. Best advice is to contact the rep, I think it is Marty Davis, he handles the Virtual Group I think.

                        i so agree with lucky 8s and that is great advice (if any1 does win a rj and used a bonus ,no matter if its a rogue or not PLEASE stick to the rules and dont play any games thats not stated) Its sooooo hard to win anywhere right now so if you win becareful not to break any rules and give the casino an excuse not to pay GL
  • I agree...What you did (OP) was a NO NO! at any RTG casino. Using a slots only bonus. I don't believe you will be paid. People Please read the rules of any bonus that you take. And follow them to the 'T'. There is no excuse for making such foolish mistakes by not doing so.

    I am a little unclear on one point. You said that you requested a withdrawal with a limit cashout for $2,500 and then went to the cashier. If that is the case i would think the $2,500 would be safe and it is the remaining balance left in your account that would be questionable since you played a game not within the terms.

    If anything i would at least argue that point if you did indeed request the withdrawal. What an awful mess. I am very sorry for this mess but if they have any shred of decency and want to redeem themselves for a bad reputation then they will make good on it.

    In situations like this, casinos should take it case by case. I understand on their end they have rules and they have to abide by.  But to play by the rules the whole way and make a slip up at the point of withdrawal, this should certainly be the exception to the rule.

    Please let us know your progress and don' go down without a fight.

    being that you breached their T&Cs and played non allowed games Im not sure how much can be done here.

    Yes it is unfortunate thing you did, and Im hoping the casino will reach out in your case.

  • Are you sure this max cashout of $2500 being referenced was as an absolute max cashout for your bonus and not just the max that can be requested or cashed by the casino for a certain time period? Like a max of $2500 per week? I didn't look at Silver Oaks terms but many casinos have restrictions like that and will send amounts beyond that level incrementally until the full amount is cashed. It seems like this may have been the case, but the fact that you played Let 'em Ride is a bigger concern now . . . I hope you're luckier than most.

  • For all of you fantastic people out there that have given me advise and have few questions I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm a newbie and this mistake was something that I will live to regret.

    A question you all have is about the $2500 max cash out I mentioned. I saw that on the withdrawl screen. Now I think that is just a limit to each withdrawl and that I needed to request another $2500 and so on to get the full $7000 out.

    I had been waiting for live support to get back to me and keep getting please be patience, I'm checking you account. etc.. So as I was waiting I just opened the games and started playing Let em Ride without even thinking that it was a NONO. And when live support finally came back on and told me that by playing it could cost me my winnings,my heart just sank. I have been VERY happy with Silver Oaks Casino and it was the only RTG casino I deposited into. And I didn't even win at let em ride,  embarrassed

  • Well the approval was not approved. So, I get nothing. I can totally understand this decision if I had won the jackpot on a restricted game. But I didn't!! I won under the terms and conditions of the promotion. I am a depositing player and I made a deposit for this coupon. So i guess that's it. I will be listed as many others that have learned the hard way to stay away from this casino. Silver Oaks Casino should be avoided at all cost. Please place your warning sign on this site so others can learn from this $7,600 mistake.

  • So what happens with the Random Jackpot, it should be put back into play. This group is definitly rogue, no doubt about it. What game did you win the jackpot on? Was it put back into play? I have a feeling it most likely will not and the casino just made 7 grand.

I do have some disposable income and I never really mind losing it as long as I know there is a chance that if I win, I can collect.   • I think I am on a slight winning streak at the moment.  I have only been playing Rival casinos lately.  I always pick the one with the best bonus and least amount of playthrough.  I will take a 100% bonus with 25x playthrough over a 500% bonus with 40x playthrough.  I try not to play a bonus over 35x.  Thanks for the comment though. Deposits for the day:  25 slots of fortune - no win, 25 deposit VRC - no luck at all, 25 deposit Box 24 - no withdraw and I made my last deposit of the day of 33 to Tropica with a 400% bonus - I'm sure I won't have any luck there either but I am off to play now.
