  • Found out today that I can no longer participate in the $50 cash back promo through this site for Slots Jungle.  WTF?

    Why were you bonus banned?

  • I was bonus banned after I requested a withdraw recently.

  • Wow that is a shame. Did you take a bonus very deposit or is it because you requested too many withdrawals on your bonuses? I am curious to know what their exact reasoning was for this. Can one stinking withdrawal put players on the ban list?

I have asked Daniel to look into it for you.  This may not change the current situation but at least it would be nice to know.

  • The withdraw at SJ recently was my first request I followed through with.  I got bonus banned from Winpalace as well when I requested a withdraw last year.  I did mix it up at SJ.  I didn't take a bonus every time.  Lately, I was doing mostly straight deposits in hopes to win and not worry about WR.  It seems they bonus ban when you win after taking a bonus.  No worries since for the time being its not bothering me.  Not sure why its not bothering me but thanks for looking into it.  Curious to see the reasoning.

Either way destro - you can no longer claim your cashback on your deposits of $250 from SJ because of this bonus ban.  It would be nice to see that changed but I won't hold my breath.

  • is there a certain criteria for being bonus banned?  the secrecy of this is crazy....nobody can still explain the VIP level either.....daniel  PLEASE advise on both topics ans they have been out there for months and never answered

  • Thanks Blue

  • Unfortunately, they never will be answered.  This is what you get with this operation. Take or leave it...there will always be another new player lured in with the big deposit bonus and that's who they're targeting.

  • Got some good news....
My withdraw from Rushmore has finally been processed.  Will update once I receive it.

    Yay....finally.  Nice one destro.

  • My experiences:
SJ : they payed me 500 per week, the total amount, so it takes some months, then they cut you off from every promo, but it's ok. I believe you're intentioned not to play there till you cash out, but pls pay attention, because temptetion is behind the corner.

Rushmore: recently I won about 1000 and I've been paid in 2 days via Moneybookers

  • Agree that the Rep here, Daniel should get some answers for us.  And... he should ask the casino to update their website to provide more specific information on how the payout of winnings will be made. It does no good to reach VIP level at Slots Jungle if you can't take advantage of any of the VIP benefits.  This is just wrong.

did you ever notice how some of the casino reps just repeatedly ignore the questions and or situations presented to them but jump all over the easy things or the items that make them look good??
  • Have a feeling that the Casino Reps are limited in their ability to provide answers.  After 6+ years of dealing with online casinos and with my experience in owning a business and a degree in business and information management; it seems to me that these Casino groups have a very poor management structure; and, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.  It is unfortunate that players have no ability to reach the "Owners or top management" to provide feedback or get answers. I am sure that it is intentional.

So, instead of only relying on the Reps. we need to also email security, withdrawals, support and all other available emails with our questions.  Also, perhaps LCB could request answers for us as they likely have more "pull" than us players do.

  • yeah I find it amusing that on some casinos when you uninstall, a questionairre pops up asking why you are uninstalling and asks a series of maybe 5 questions, the last one being "would you like to be contacted by one of our reps"..I answererd yes to maybe 6-7 of those and not once did anyone contact me ..ever.  The same when I email support with a question..concern..etc.  I immediately get a response saying someone will contact me within 24 hours (with a ticket #) and not once out of maybe 10 emails in the past 1-3 years have any of my emails (other than my issue with Treasure Mile where I did get a response) ever been responded to.  I just don't understand why they have those systems in place at all if they are going to ignore paying customers..just bad bad business.

  • on second thought "amusing" was definitely not the right word to use..

  • Over the last few weeks I noticed a pattern.....I get withdraws much faster if I'm a depositor.

With club world casinos, my very first withdraw was painful.  Since then, if I'm lucky enough to withdraw, I'll request an ach and it will be approved in 5 days and I'll receive it 5 days later.  It's also the case with Pay my card.  I've been heavily depositing with them lately and I was able to make a $700 request last Sunday using pay my card.  It was approved, processed and showed up my card on Yesterday morning.  That's 6 days total.  I'm not complaining, just something I noticed.

Why can't all the casinos be quick?  Is this a case of VIP level?  Just wondering what everybody else thinks.

  • 10 days is not that quick. The best casinos pay within 24-48 hours.  It's all according to what you feel is acceptable.  When the U.S. regulates online gaming, I think they'll pay in 2 days or less.

  • Your right, 10 days is not that quick but it does accurately reflect their policy for withdraws using ach and pay my card.

  • Got some good news....
My withdraw from Rushmore has finally been processed.  Will update once I receive it.

i might have missed it ,but did u get your money?
  • Yes I'd did get my withdraw from Rushmore a few days after it processed.  I truly believe my message to the rep helped since it got processed soon after I sent her a message.

  • congrats  party

  • Good to know destro and congrats!!

  • Hi. The fastest paying out casino I know is Videoslots Casino. Usually within the hour. So good to know that you don’t have to fight for what is rightfully yours.

  • Be patient! Many of my friends couldn't stand it and lost.

Videoslots pay out in 15 minutes or less, Bitstars or some other Direx NV in 5 minutes or less.

The quickest I have seen is MR Green - Litterally less than 1 minute at times.
