After hitting a jackpot and meeting WR at Slots Jungle, Im sitting pretty at 11k. I've cut myself off as to not gamble away a jackpot. I've already initiated 3K yesterday and will be sitting on a balance of 8K. I've withdrawn from Winpalace in the past so hopefully all will go smooth with SJ. SJ has been prompt with me in every in every other way. Any bets on how long my withdraw will take? I'm guessing an average 2 weeks per request.....so 2 months to withdraw it all? That would be a bit odd. Do they pay larger amounts the same way? I started this thread to document the process. I'll update as things change.

Great idea destro33! It will be interesting to walk along with you on this journey! Slots Jungle is pretty reputable, so let's see how they do with this size withdrawal! Play somewhere else... don't give 'em back their jackpot money! There is a thread especially to help you resist reversing or playing it all back while you wait!

Hi Destro,
That is a fabulous win! They don't make exceptions for larger wins unless it is a Progressive Jackpot. And that is where you have to be strong and beat them a their own processing terms.
Leave a small amount to keep you occupied and set a limit and stick to it. Play minimum bets on slots for like .20 per spin to fill that craving to play.
The chances of you winning that big again during the payment process is slim. I have heard many players give it all back in due time without a single big hit after such a huge win. Hold that thought as you are contemplating to dip into that windfall.
Again congrats to you!!

Still haven't been approved or denied.
Also placed high enough on the Rushmore 10k free roll to request a withdraw for $800 (-$100 on greed). I'm going to assume I'll be denied on Friday due to swift code issues and start the process over again.
What good is luck if I can't get the money. I guess that's how life evens thing out. -

So I finally heard back from SJ. As expected, they approved $500 of the requested $3000 and put the $2500 back to my account. It won't let me request the $3000 again and limit me to $2500. I went ahead and requested $2500. My greed got me to play some down a few days back but either way, I got 2500 pending again and 5k sitting in my account. This blows! At 500 per request, this will take years to withdraw! Completely ridiculous!

Is that $500 a week, or month? If it's the latter, this casino would still be one to avoid. -

Right now its 500 a week. Are they really planning to pay out that slow? At Winpalace, they tried that at first but ended up paying out the whole amount when I complained enough. I know this was discussed in a different thread too. Daniel never replied to my question in direct support. I should post another question.

they will hope you play it back because of the frustration from waiting and waiting. This is why I decided a long time ago never to deposit at places that don't have proper cash flow and stall payments coupled with a measly $500 week.
Hope you don't give in, but most gamblers just don't have the discipline. They need to wait for future deposits and can then pay you - CASH FLOW PROBLEM! -

Im so sorry its only 500 a week, this really sucks, these casinos should not be allowed to operate, we should be able to withdraw the full amount at once, its totally unacceptable this is for you, i only play at casinos where there is no issues like this with a max withdraw and that takes a long time to withdraw
just be strong, and dont play it back

Yes I am being impatient but in my defense, I've been depositing with them for a long time. I am verified and went through the same song and dance at WinPalace. I didn't want to wait around and go back and forth with SJ to withdraw money. I would have been fine with waiting if I was allowed 3000 per request but that was not going to be the case. The fact that they allowed me to request it all and literally approved some of them within hours tells me they don't need to make people wait a mandatory set of days for a withdraw to be approved.
I guess my point is if they speed things up for people, they probably wouldn't get so much negative publicity and perhaps change the minds of some people who don't think highly of RTGs as a whole. Just my 2 cents though.. -

First of all congrats...that is an awesome win. FYI, I have been trying for a month now to get a $950 payout through Club World. They are telling me they are having a problem with their ACH??? and hopefully by Tomorrow they will have an answer for me.
Is there a better way to get your money than ACH??? -

I don't understand why they have the option to put routing and account numbers when you initiate a ACH if they are going to use invalid credentials. Support told me they will wire the money to the account I specify regardless of what is "on file". It's a bunch of BS. Just stalling if you ask me. Here's what they sent me when I asked about te delay.
Dear XXXX
I have been informed that you have not received either of the wires that we
have sent you so far. They have not been returned to us yet but this is
still a possibility.
We are unable to issue you a check and therefore we need alternative bank
account info in order to send you any further wires.

Update....
I did get the money wired. I checked with my old bank and they said it arrived on the 25th which means it arrived on schedule. I thought I closed my accounts but apparently I had my savings account still open.
So I guess everything worked out as promised. Again, I ask why they have the option to put account info in during withdraw if they don't intend to use it. Oh well, I'm a happy man now. The rest was squandered away since my greed took over. We all know what happens when we do that but I can't complain. I technically still come out on top. -

that's exactly the reason why I would never play at casinos that stall and hold money hostage for more than 48 hours. They know most people will gamble away their winnings. Casinos like Coolcat, slots jungle and sister sites all do the same thing. The difference is that slots jungle will throw $500 a week to you, but most people don't have the patience to wait almost a year to get paid.
When goldvip club did this and I complained, they returned my money and kept the winnings. It was something close to 8K in winnings. They are related to winpalace owners (or same management), so that is the strategy. It works and they'll continue doing it.
Sorry to hear you gave in, but I don't blame you as it takes tremendous willpower to wait a year to get paid.
Why don't you try Bovada...they take up to 15 business days, but the money comes out of the pending within 24 hours. They'll also send 3K with each payment. -

first off congrats on your 11k destro. Secondly, I feel I can share this with someone since my big win from Rushmore back in November. I hit $18,700 jackpot, needless to say with their slow paying, etc., etc., I played back over $14,000. Looking back now I can't say for sure I wouldn't do it again!! But I'm glad destro you were able to withdrawal a good chunk of change.

Quick update...
Still haven't gotten my withdraw from Rushmore. It's been in "processing" for over 3 weeks. When I asked about it last week, support got upset with me because I inquired about my withdraw and it hasn't been 15 business days. He began to explain how frustrated he gets when players ask about their withdraws before waiting 15 business days. He went on about how Rushmore is a huge online casino and they can't get to requests because they get so many. Seems like a huge successful casino would have the staff to take care of business......wouldn't you think?
So to play their game, I waited and asked about it this weekend. Support told me that everything is fine and it will be processed. Support said that sometimes it takes 9 days, sometimes 15, sometimes 20, sometimes 30, and sometimes more. HAHAHA! Their site says "processing" status should only last for a few seconds at most. I guess they are rogue for people who haven't deposited much but responsive for regulars? Or are they like that with everyone? Based on what I've read here, seems to be everyone. Oh well, I'll update if anything changes. -

I would agree - I think it's everyone. I'm glad you have the patience to wait and not reverse this withdrawal. I don't get why some sites can do it within minutes or a few hours. Surely it's just a press of a few buttons.
Looking forward to hearing about when you get this long awaited withdrawal.

Blue,
It's more frustrating because I can't reverse it which means it has been approved. Support pointed this out to me so i wouldnt worry about getting the money. I have a feeling they will pay but it's a matter of how long they are going to make me wait.
Ah right - if it has been approved, then you should get paid.
I'm not going to hold my breath on how much longer this will take. I guess talking about it helps take the frustration out of the situation "a little".

Although im not a resident od USA, i noticed by many reports from players it takes a longer time for someone inside US to make a withdrawal than for me in the same casinos. So i would say withdrawal time definitely varies for different players.
Also colywog, if you like RTG casinos, Jakpot capital, Slotocash, Casino Titan are also pretty good (i myself had no problems with them so far). Slotland / Win a day are also great US friendly casinos if you like great bonuses with low wagering.Rated:3/ 5

Thanks for your suggestions, I do occasionally deposit at Jackpot Capital and their sister Grande Vegas, I happen to have a pending wihdrawal request in at Grande from meeting the playthrough on a bonus they gave me, so we'll see how that goes.
As for 3Dice, come to think of it, I remember seeing only rave reviews about it when I was contemplating depositing, I'm not sure why I never did, but I'm going to check it out since it's a different and fresh change from RTG's.
Slotocash gave me all sorts of problems when they were having their freeroll tourneys for depositors. They said I wasn't eligible to enter, so I emailed them and they never responded. I didn't like that, so I haven't gone back.
I'm not sure about Casino Titan, I think I may have ruined my relationship with them when I first found 'no deposit casinos'. Way back when I created multiple accounts in some places (for me - then my husband), I'm not even sure which ones, but I have to be careful where I play.
I'm not a big fan of WinADay/Slotland games, although kudos to them, it was the first place I ever cashed out from, no deposit required, from the sign-up bonus! -

Blue,
My withdraw status was changed to processing on March 23rd. I recently wrote the finance department about my request and here is their reply....
I apologise for the. We are working on this issue and we are trying to get the withdrawals sent out in a timely fashion. The delays we have been having in the past have now been effecting the withdrawals at the moment. I do assure you that you will receive your winnings and if there is a delay that I become aware of I notify our players as soon as I am aware of this to keep our players updated. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Best regards,
Tara Murdoch
