how can i get my winnings funded to me? ive been waiting to receive my wire transfers and still nothing. im at my wits end and need my money!!! been waiting nearly a month to receive my 3 withdrawl requests and i cannot keep waiting since im obviously getting nowhere by doing just that! please help!!!

Hi Roxxi,

They are part of the Rushmore group and have been having delays lately. I know it is terribly frustrating to have to wait. If it is any consolation they seem to be eventually paying.

I would keep after them and not give up and hound them day and night.

Please let us know your progress in all this.

Sorry to hear! I've been waiting for a withdrawal from rushmore since the 21st of Sept. I'am really starting to think I'am just SOL.Just another casino down the drain. I've sent several E-mails that don't even get a response. And here the other day I was talking to chat and they just CUT ME OFF. I wasn't even being snotty. They just couldn't anwser my question as to why my e-mails were being ignored. Go figure! Sad Cry Sad Cry

Wow, since Sept 21st?  Are they still accepting deposits?  If so, they're probably so financially strapped they need the increased cash flow to pay out the winners.  Try not to play it back and wait to see if they finally pay (that's if they survive).  There's nothing else you can do unfortunately as they are just another unlicensed casino in Costa Rica.
