So, I played a $25 free chip at Silver Oak Casino and met the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal, almost a full month ago.  I requested it to be sent overnight express. 

I waited and waited and kept on following up with the casino and telling them I still hadn't received it.  They kept telling me "it takes 10 days to get it approved and then another 10 to get it sent" THEN "it takes 10 days to approve and 12 business days to send", all that run around. 

Then someone told me it had been sent Western Union, which is not what I requested, but whatever, it had been sent.  But they didn't have the pick up info for it yet so try back next week....

Finally today I spoke with someone who provided me the info to go pick it up at western union and the grand total after all that tiime spent meeting wagering requirements and then keeping after them for a month?.....

$25. 

I said "$25?  Will the rest be coming later?"

He said "No, the rest was spent on Western Union fees."

What a complete and utter waste of my time and energy!  Had I known it was only going to amount to $25 I never would have done it! 

I will not be depositing at Silver Oak again!
