Had an email offer of 100% bonus from Sierra Star. Made a deposit and didn't get a bonus at all. There was no online support available so emailed them. I cannot email from my old address as have new computer, so they said they wanted an email from my original email address. What difference does this make? They should have credited the bonus automatically, it came up on their casino screen when I logged in as well. No reply to this so far and I have spent my £20 deposit as I though I was going to get another £20. Can anyone suggest what to do?
