I RECENTLY MADE A DEPOSIT AT LUCKY 18 AND USED A BONUS. I PLAYED MY BALANCE DOWN TO $0 AND MADE ANOTHER DEPOSIT WITHOUT A BONUS. I PLAYED AND WON BUT THEY TOLD ME SOME OF MY WINNINGS WERE PART OF THE PREVIOUS BONUS AND NOT WITHDRAWABLE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW USING E-WALLET. YOU HAVE TO USE A BANK TRANSFER WITH A FEE OF $40 OR MORE. WHAT A RIP OFF.
i'VE USED E-WALLET AT OTHER CASINOS TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW. AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
i'LL NEVER PLAY AT LUCKY 18 AGAIN.

That part about some of your winnings were part of the "previous" bonus? That sounds really "not right." Thanks for the word of caution. PMM2008

the most rtg casinos are not to be trusted, do not take any chance to try them. microgaming casino has a lot of nice slots and they always pay out.

I play at Cherry Red now. Also Rushmore. Both are reputable RTG's and you do get paid in a short amount of time.

After playing his balance down to zero, the player redeemed another coupon prior to his second deposit. The system added the bonus to the deposited amount and consequently added a play-through as well. The player contacted us, and even knowing that he has played the deposit plus the bonus money, he claimed his winnings stating that he did not redeem any coupon and he was entitled to the whole amount. Regarding our current cash-out methods, in order to avoid identity fraud, we send the first payment by wire transfer directly to the player’s bank account. Many of the casinos mentioned in this forum have adopted the same policy, which is followed by us entirely so we still can continue to have the highest standards of security in the industry therefore all our players are guaranteed full protection and anti-fraud measures. Sincerely, Lucky18 Casino

This is why I alway say....NEVER take the bonus! There are way to many strings attached and it's real advanced (subjective???) math figuring out what is YOURS and what is the CASINOS. Repeat. Never take the bonus.

the "player "did not redeem another coupon prior to his second deposit!
my first deposit had a bonus. i played my balance down to zero. there was now bonus amount. there was no playthrough amount listed in the cashier. i made a second deposit without any bonus and some how my account got mixed up. even live chat said they couldn't understand what happened and why part of my winnings werelisted as a bonus amount when there was clearly no playthrough amount listed.

[/quote] the best way to protect the player would be to send the payment back to my e-wallet account! you accepted my deposit from there you should process my withdrawal there.
this practice was adopted to make withdrawing money more difficult and more expensive and therefore less likely.

How can they carry on a bonus to the next deposit? I dont understand. If you are down to zero then you are. For how long will that be there otherwise? Weeks, month? I feel sorry for you phantom, but now at least I know where I never going to play.
