the "player "did not redeem another coupon prior to his second deposit!

my first deposit had a bonus. i played my balance down to zero.  there was now bonus amount. there was no playthrough amount listed in the cashier. 
 i made a second deposit without any bonus and some how my account got mixed up.  even live chat said they couldn't understand what happened and why part of my winnings werelisted as a bonus amount when there was clearly no playthrough amount listed.
