Worst online experience in my life..so thier all good when it comes to taking money but paying out is another story my experience anyway i read some stuff on here thinking thier ok boy was I wrong..so i win make the playthrough and have $1800 now i want to cashout so i go to cashout and it wont even LET me request a cashout until you have been verified, come on at least let me REQUEST it..so i talk to them and send in my documents...wait for awhile try to cashout again..still wont let me..so i repeat this over and over until the next nite...they still wont let me..talk to them again...now they say i have to wait 3 ..................days are you kidding me....so thier delay tactics work i go and play it..try cashing out again..still cant so now im upset so i go and tell chat thanks for not letting me cashout you can have it all back and shoveit, im so sick of this kind of bs..i even went and deposited anoher $50 at one of thier other casinos cherryred just to kill time at first and this is the kind of treament i get so as far as im concerned "rushmore casino is a joke" and i have deposited at all thier casinos cherryred and slots oasis and i'm sure they would use the same delay tactics when you win and TRY to cashout..feel totally ripped off by "casino rushmore"  thanks for the worst online experience EVERRRRRRRR
