Ya know i am really kinda po'ed at the moment.
For one practically all that is left thanks to our politicians is RTGs for us Americans.
And I sit here playing freerolls when i can , seldom do i see much decent service with these guys after winning a dang whole dollar.
I place 3rd today at WinPalace , same ole same ole.. it is now nearly 5 hours since the tournament ended and what ya know ?
I still am waiting for my whole $1.72 award!
I go to Live Chat and am attended too .. great right ?
I don't think so he comes back saying Thanks for your patience i'll be with you shortly..
Excuse the F!!! out of me but did you just now answer my message and are attending to me ?
I do make decent deposits here , and am thankful for the CHANCE to play here.
But this kind of BS is really not taking to me well. Everyitme i win a place at several RTGs i sit and wait for hours upon hours for my award. Even a measely 6 pennies!! i mean come the F on!
I really think i am nearly done with casinos and just play poker til that is either legit or gone.

I know how you feel, Tim!

I have won 1st place a few times at WinPalace, Slots Jungle, Club World and Casino Titan.  Funny, I win more often at those than the EH or Crazy group (which I played for years).  Anyway.... I have waited a few hours to get my $12.50 or whopping $3.45 from WP.

I think I'm getting cranky since all the fun has been taken from us.

Tim...I can feel your frustration and I am sorry.
I only play at few RTG casinos and fortunately I haven't had any bad experiences but
I've had similar experiences with VT casinos and their live support that made me frustrated so I too know how you feel.
I know that It is getting more difficult for us but let's really not give up the hopes. Smiley

I haven't had the pleasure of chatting with live chat in many months, but I do remember the last few times, I got the message they were assisting me, but then the hold on part followed.  I think they have something in their system or instructions to give you that first feeling that you are finally beginning your chat, when they are actually wrapping up the last one they were working on. 

Either that or they are tied up looking into your account by sending you the message and they can't get back with you until whatever is happening on the computer on their end with reviewing your account is finished.

BetPhoenix was the worst at not awarding the tourney winnings right away, even to the point of making me prove I won and arguing with me that if I won I would have been awarded already.  They tried to blame it on the RTG software end, maybe that was true, but it made me very suspicious.
