    I also had a pending withdrawal at High Noon, it's 3 days already, ususally it took them around 24 hrs.  I contacted them yesterday and they told me they were short in staff  shocked

    Casino titan, I dont know how long they will process the payout, but it's been 7 days already, my withdrawal was still in pending mode.

  • Rushmore was fast.  When I won the 2.5k in the tournament.  I turned in paperwork, got it approved and money was in my bank account all in one week.  Tournament was on Sunday and I had my cash on Friday.

    I think there are a lot of casinos stalling right now.  I just dealt with mine.  Get this.  I cashed out at 'Tropica yesterday....$300.  AND had to resend in my documents, including drivers license, utility bill and sign next to each transaction.  I told support I was only supposed to send in my driver license and utility bill in once.  He told me they can ask for it anytime they want.  It's funny though on the faxback form I filled out, it states you will only be asked for these items once. lmao.

    I am just grateful I went to support after my withdraw and asked to flush cause that is when I was notified I had to feel out the faxback and send in my verification documents.  If I hadn't went to support I would be sitting an waiting and waiting on a withdrawal that would not come until I get my paper work in to them again.  Maybe, they rerequested the documents so I wouldn't get paid in the normal time...I don't know if that is the case.  It just sucks you can deposit and not get paid instantly.  Sorry you two are going through this and at Christmas time too.  I hope you get your funds this week!

    Like Cindy said, I also believe many casinos are stalling and I think  mostly because of processor issues, but given a fact that those mentioned casinos have always been super,  legitimate and faithful to  their players in the past so I feel the need to ask all of us to be a little more patient...I know...it's never so easy to wait especially now that Holiday is so near.

  • The UK did infact get hit with a very nasty snow storm. I know its hard for us to be patient. When the rush is coming over us. But Rushmore group is solid. If they say they are having tech diff. then i would think they are. CW is a much shady group. But they have a solid history of playing also. I will just say be patient and don't reverse any pending withdrawals.

  • Now I am getting what I call the runaround from Tropica.  If you read above you can see they wanted me to send in my documents AGAIN after they already received them in May when I did my first withdraw. 

    I was told 2-5 days to process my withdraw not including weekends.  Now I go to chat and the same guy says my withdrawal is set to complete on December 31st.

    I asked why the difference in dates?  I told him I used actual cash to deposit that was in my quicktender account.  Then he tells me it USUALLY takes 2-5 days not including weekends but support CANNOT tell you exactly when a withdrawal will be processed.

    My question is:  IF support CANNOT tell you when a withdraw will be processed why did he tell me it will be processed in 2-5 days and then tell me it is set to be processed the 31st of December?  If support cannot give you a definite date of a withdrawal being processed why did he do it to me twice?  First with the 2-5 days crap and now the 31st crap?

    I sent the Tropica rep an email regarding this and I really hope he has some answers and a better outcome than the 31st.  I will keep you posted.  I know this has nothing to do with RTG payouts but stalling to me is stalling.  I just don't understand?

  • I would think almost that it being the holidays, with tomorrow being Christmas eve, then there's Christmas day, that most casinos wouldn't get anyone's money to them before the New Year.  People take vacations, the weather is bad, holidays are on.  Just bad timing all around.  It's hard being patient, but sometimes it has to be endured.  I hope you get better news, though, and that the rep can help speed things up.

  • Well, I have had a pretty good run with Rival so this past week and a half.  I got my 800 from Slots of Fortune yesterday.  I am waiting on a withdraw from Tropica for 300.00, one from Spartan Slot's for 1100.00 and now I just got done cashing out 561.00 Pardise 8.  Now I wait.  lol  Thanks for the help.

  • no, it's not my first cashout lips.  This is my 2nd cashout with High Noon and I had all my docs on file with all the casinos in the group long ago.  Its just weird that they told me the same excuse that cashiers couldn't come in for 3 days and the other day they told me only the usemywallet cashier was not in, lol.

    Rushmore has not processed my withdrawal for 16 days and High Noon has not processed my withdrawal for 9 days already.  Was the storm/snow the blame??
    Dont get me wrong, these are my two most trusted RTG group of casinos, I know will get my winning eventually, but for real thou, I really want to have them before new year, lol.

  • I spoke on the phone with a manager at Rushmore Casino and was told that they probably will not start to process withdrawals until after the new year... huh huh

    I could not get a good answer as to why...(something about software problems, tech problems and processor problems... huh huh)

    I have read on other forums that there are people who have been waiting for over a month for withdrawls from Rushmore and Cherry Red Casinos... huh huh

  • Ewalletwxpress and e-checkchargebacks is two things that come to my mind. It has cost the casinos a lot. Not only the players lose money when these things happens, even though we hope the casinos don't take it out on us, they probably are..

  • every casino is giving the runaround for the end of the year.  Good way for them to record more profit by slowing down the withdrawals for the end of the year.  Casinos are down in 2010 they need as much money as possible.  They would rather payout in 2011 and hope for a better year. 

    Both Rushmore & High noon are good size groups which mean you should be ok. Read that again "should be ok". Nothing in life is a guarantee.

  • doesnt surprise me,  take a look at my post a few back.  "Nothing is Guaranteed in life"  It does suck that the group is one of my most trusted from RTG, but again nothing surprises me in the online casino world.  The good news is, u will probably get your money.  I really do think it was the 2010 increase our profit stall.  Which means they are not going out of business yet. I guess I wont be playing at any of the club worlds until the dust settles.  Keep us informed.

For one, there's 2 sides to every story and we generally don't get the whole truth, and two, just because one person doesnt care for certain practises or procedures doesnt mean another is fine with the terms. For example, someone may hate a casino because of poor bonuses. Another doesnt give a flying fig because they do straight deposits

  • Sadly, it's probably going to come down to websites taking a hard stand against the casinos (as well as the players) for anything to get better.  Things have really been seeming to get bad lately, especially after the ewallet express fiasco.

    It's pretty crazy how many casinos that used to be considered reputable are now pulling all kinds of stunts to withhold and stall payments.  Even club world group and rushmore are included now (Not that I'm ready to label them rogue yet)  There are just some serious warning signs....It's really awful having to choose between rival and rtg casinos anymore.  I'm really holding onto hope that things will clear up after the new year because I'm waiting on delayed withdrawals from 6 different casinos right now and honestly I'm considering pulling all my money out of online gaming.

    I personally would love to see LCB take a harder stand when numerous complaints are made on a casino (not just one).  I'm really not sure what that means I'd like to see...Just something different tongue  That being said, Blue has personally tried to help me and contact reps from certain casinos that I've had issues with in the past which I'm very thankful for. smiley So by no means am I complaining about this site.  Just frustrated with the way online gaming has been evolving,

  • I can see from all the RTG non-payout posts that I am not alone...always more comforting when you're with a big group=lol.  I won 3rd place in free roll tournament on December 3rd....it's now Jan. 3rd and still no payout.....seems like technical difficulties could be fixed after a month has passed.......are they still taking deposits and how can they continue to do business if they aren't paying their winners?

  • I was even reading that RTG's have changed the bonus reels on some games giving you less of a chance at a bonus round. I for one noticed that one last wk almost $1,000 and no bonus round all RTG's.

    Great post from Take the Money on CM site about RTG's When are people going to wise up and realize that RTG casinos are running a funky game? The writing has been coming at us for awhile now and it just keeps getting worse. Wake up and smell the toast burning, people! If we insist on playing these we must realize that when you press the deposit button, the loss has already occurred. Anything more is an anomaly, defying all normal expectations. You are feeding desperate people who cannot afford to feed YOU! The only one's supporting their last breaths are the people stupid enough to keep depositing. Stick a fork in them, they are done.

    Remember, a couple of RTG casinos GOT CAUGHT changing the RTP on the slot "Fruit Frenzy", because the change introduced the "two pear" anomaly on reel 2. This incident did quite a bit of damage, as it was the first time we had PROOF that some RTG casinos had been changing the RTP setting on EXISTING games. We don't know what setting this was, but if they got caught ONCE, they have probably been doing the same on the other slots, and NOT been caught because the alternate reelstrips did not have such an obvious anomaly in them. The "two pear" anomaly was spotted so fast because this was visible on the default reel position when the game was loaded, so could be seen every time the game was freshly loaded. post by nisobar

    MYSTIC DRAGON was changed I have seen this myself I know the reel strip (symbol positions) have changed on Mystic Dragon at least once in the past year.

    On reel 5 there are 2 bonus symbol volcano's. When the game was originally released there were at least 4 symbols between the 2 scatter symbols but now it would appear that there are just 2 symbols between the scatters. Yielding many less bonuses, post by Brianzz

    I hear you on the dont judge too quickly, but this thread is very accurate. Its very well documented the problems club world is creating with the stalling of withdrawals. As i commented before, people will get paid, and everyone will forget about this until it happens the next time.
