Is any1 else having probems with RTG casinos when they try to download games? I thought I had a MAJOR problem with my computer so I went to my friends house & I am still having the same problem. The first time it happened to me was at lucky18 casino & now it's at Rushmore. The problem is that I can log in, but I cannot downloads games at either casino. At lucky18 I was able to go to the cashier, but not at Rushmore. Up until yesterday everything has always ran fine. If any1 knows what may be the problem & has any suggestions, I would appreciate any input....... THANX, KITTY

With lucky18 it usually is the computer itself, or Microsoft, that prevent the download since the casino is known for giving viruses. The other problem could be your antivirusprogram. I had the same issue this week and couldn't get in to the cashier at Inetbet, and I couldn't open the other casinos at all, but it was my Pandaprogram that suddenly thought some file was a virus and I had to disable it and reinstall. I hope you can fix it.

Thank you for trying to help Tirilej. I don't have an antivirux installed on my computer so that can't be it. I am pretty well computer smart, i'm sure I will figure it out, but this 1 is gonna be a toughy.

I've been having the same problem for about two weeks now. The only RTG casinos I can download now are Sun Palace, Inetbet, and LasVegasOnline. If I try to download any others my screens says server not found at dsslserver(or something along those lines). I've tried everything, I changed computers 3 times, switched antivirus, altered popups, allowed cookies.....I even thought it might have been my internet provider that was behind it but so far have had no luck solving this problem. I hope you figure it out, cuz I have no clue.

Today my RTG's will open up, need to download new files (a usual occurance) then won't bring up my login info and say they can't communicate with the casino. Strangely enough, the bingo sites aren't loading on my IE either- one loaded then when I tried logging in I got the error. My computer says it can't get a ping back from the server. I can still get into Rivals. What is up anyone else?? ps. got into Cyberbingo, but no NBB or Mega, or A1...
