Can anyone help me please.  After downloading the casino I am unable to play the slots at all RTG casinos.  Error message, unable to create file. Running windows xp.

Joan, I am unsure which casino you are trying to download. RTG is just the software that a variety of casinos use.

However in most cases when a download is corrupted, for whatever reason it is best to remove it using the "Add/remove programs function on your Control Panel (click start and select control panel option).

Once you have removed the file try to upload it a second time.

Personally I recommend going to our All online casino link and find the casino link you want.

it sometimes helps to close other programs that may be running in the background...  (Not your antivirus, irregardless of what some may suggest)

hope this corrects it.

Depends a bit on what you're looking for.

For fast payouts/reliability: Inetbet and the Club World group.

Nice bonuses: (No)Winpalace, Casino Titan, Rushmore group.
But it will take at least a full week before they pay you, might even be more.

And yes, Aladdins Gold is ClubWorld group, very good casino, no worries about getting paid from them.

What I don't understand about club world group is why, if I deposit with Neteller, they want to know what debit card I use to load up Neteller with?

Can anyone explain that? 

I use Neteller BECAUSE it protects my debit card!

Thats weird, I deposit with Neteller too, they never asked me that.
I also do not use debitcards, I fund my neteller direct from my bankaccount.
Altough I prefer to fund my neteller with casino withdrawls ofcourse!

To me it seems its none of their business how anyone funds his/her neteller, if I use a carrierpigneon for that, so what?

Blue they asked me also how i fund my moneybookers well i thought thats a weird question but i answered to it anyways. After that my withrawal request were approved but im unsure why they ask these O_x
