deposit question - hope this is the right place!

hello all,
(i hope this is the right place to post) i was wondering if anyone has had this happen? i attempted a deposit, which timed out. i did not receive a confirmation, email or anything like that, there also was no balance in my account afterwards. i checked my bank statement though and the charge is pending. i called the bank to confirm and they said that the charge did indeed go through and unless the casino ends up cancelling that charge for some reason, i would have to file a dispute. has anyone had something like this happen and if so, did you get the money back? i spoke with live chat, who only said that on their end, the charge did not go through and to contact them with documentation of the charge. thanks in advance!

Someone had one go through twice but only one went through in the end but it was pending for some time.  I would wait a couple of days to see what happens as it may not actually go through at all.  If it changes to cleared or paid (whichever is the appropriate word here) on your bank account, that is when I would chase it up with the casino.

I had it happen only once and as Blueday mentioned I had to wait until it was cleared...after it cleared I sent a copy of my bank statement to the casino and was credited money to my account, although by that time I didn't want to play that casino anymore and wanted my money back on my card! lol
