I'm waiting to deposit fund into my usemywallet and then deposit to Cocoa to cover the charge back today. What is the odd if they will return my winning (at paradise8 and Cocoa)? Obviously the winnings came from good deposits, not the charge back. I emailed Cocoa, asking them if my winning would be honored, they did not answer me, but they only told me to deposit to the account to cover the charge back and didnt say a word about my winning. :-\ :-\, Let's see if Jason, cocoa/paradise8 Rep can help, otherwise I have to PAP at casinomeister, my last option, even thou I dont want to do this.

They would be extremely customer friendly if they let you play on "borrowed" money and keep your winnings. Even if not your fault, from a business point of view, your words are worth nothing-you gotta put your money where your mouth is. But one can always hope and please do let us know. Cocoa used to be one of my favorite places to play, but I haven't deposited there. Just liked the look, I think. And chocolate.

let me say it again, my winnings came from good deposits, not the borrow money, 14 days prior to the charge back. They should have paid you already. That is your money so I really hope you get it, and I believe you will, because I don't think they wants to lose you. This forum means a lot to a lot of casinos.

Sorry I forgot about the correct chain of events, TaaaDaaa! I am behind you all the way and I hope they honor your cashouts requested before the chargeback. Hopefully they are just being careful. For Cocoa, the rules say:
*The casino reserves the right to withhold depositing or withdraw any credits or bonuses at our discretion. *The casino reserves the right to deny any and all cashins, including deposits made, from accounts determined to be fraudulent. *The casino reserves the right to deny any and all cashins, made from deposits that resulted in a chargeback.
It looks like that first one I listed is the only one to worry about, and if the 2nd and 3rd work out, they probably won't do the first. And from your description, 2md and 3rd don't apply.
I hope you get a favorable response very soon!

Following up on your email. I would like to inform you that your account has been reopened, however, your winnings will remain voided. This is management decision. Thank you for understanding. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Sincerely, Nathan Cocoa Casino Customer Service This is the answer I get from Cocoa, they did not look into the situation at all. They were happy to void the winning, why bother look into it? lol. They will lose me as a customer and maybe all rivals will lose me as a customer.

What a huge shame Taaadaaa.
The only good thing is that it is resolved even though you won't be playing there again..

This is so wrong.. Looks like Rival is going the rogue route. Its pure theft what they do now. *Payments will be processed within 2-5 businessdays. Funny how PLAYERS are not allowed to break even the smallest term, but the casino can do anyting they want. They stalled your payment for 2 weeks, so who is wrong here? Next they confiscate it because of an uncleared deposit that had nothing to do with that withdrawl. Whats next? The casino charging back all your withdrawls from the past 2 years? Funny how the reps remain silent. Guess they know this is 100% roguebehavior. What a jokers, they treat you like a fraudster and confiscate all pending withdrawls from all Rivals, also the ones that should have been paid weeks ago, next they tell you: Oh, we know you're not a fraudster, so your accounts are open and you're welcome again to lose even more money. Guess they also expect you to thank them for that... Assclowns. Ps. I would definately file a PAB and make lots of noise, as the casino is 100% wrong here.

Following up on your email. As per the policy of the Rival Powered Based Casinos, your winnings will be voided if any Chargebacks are made in the system. Only the deposit is available for withdrawing.
Thank you for understanding.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
Sincerely, Paradise8 Customer Service

Hey, well...after Cocoa, kinda expected result. But, at least "the deposit" is available. Not that there was a "deposit" the way they mean. That really is unfortunate TaaaDaaa. I wish they would have worked something out more in your favor here. And I also wish you the best of luck in future winning endeavors!

Just request to close my account with paradise8. Feel like I've been robbed, but what can I do? To learn from my mistake, I wont deposit to any rival casinos if I have a pending withdrawal in the future. Check my bank statement regularly and plan my money right if I use Echeck to avoid charge back in the future Your winning will be voided even if you have a charge back with a different casino (except VRC). When I had $25 charge back with Tropica, VRC asked me to take care of the charge back and they would process my payout later. Why paradise8 can't do the same?

You are doing all the right things! And maybe P8 can't do the same as VRC because they aren't as powerful, or their software license is more under the control of Rival and less control of P8, or maybe they've had a whole lot of people have chargebacks and lost a lot of cash. Could be a lot of reasons. It is frustrating when you know you'll never know the real reasons behind something like this. The only good point is they aren't like some other sites which would have just left you hanging and never responded at all to your inquiries. Don't waste anymore precious time and trouble on the issue- you know you can do really well somewhere else!
