    Hello!  My first time EVER in a forum....

    Anyway, I have had no luck downloading ANY Rival software.  It gets stuck at the prompt telling me it's downloading, but it goes nowhere.  Stops at the Downloading and Stalling.... Oops! I  mean "Installing" screen.  I end up having to End Task in Task Manager.  This has happened over and over again on any Rival software!!!

    any suggestions?

    if your running visa give up and use thier instant play no one will help you solve problem no one (at rival) knows anything. Ive even sent the codes i get cant creat file is my problem. They suggest turning off anti virus and turning off fire wall. Last I knew that opens yourself to viruses so I wont do it.

    I run xp and I get  an error code every time I try to  install any rival .

    I run Vista, and sometimes I have a problem, it will stall in the middle of downloading. I will close it out and try again, usually that takes care of it. It might take a time or two...
