I was wondering if anyone else has been excluded from using bonuses at these casinos? My accounts at all Rivals (except for Slotocash which has a 20%) have been excluded from promos, so no free money or deposit bonuses at all!! I have made deposits in the past and the staff won't tell me why I have been banned from promos (I am still allowed to play though) So, has this happened to anyone else?? If so, do they ever let you have your promos back??

Where abouts are you from - some countries are not allowed bonuses e.g. Sweden.

I'm from Australia. Some casinos won't let me play, most will though. I have been using the bonuses for a few months with no problems, I guess they might have changed their policies on bonus allowed countries...

Yeh I had this problem also - as a result I uninstalled all rival software. Back using microgaming (zodiac casino) and loving it.
