I swear plentyjackpots has got to have the all time WORST customer service, that is if they DO even realy have customer service..... the 21st of last month I deposited $20 using some promotion on thier site and the termd for the promo were not listed anywhere so immediatly I started trying live chat and their phone number. Well for starters live chat IS NEVER AVAILABLE and also never even returns your messages. OK well so now we get to the phone calls..... I have called and left AT LEAST 25 if not more messages since the 21st and not a single call has been returned!!!!!!!!!!!11 Of course I am not still trying to contact them regarding the terms (I played through my moneyn within 2 days) but I am however still trying to contact them regarding how while I was playing all of a sudden I would go to spin a slotmachine and it would TAKE MY MONEY however not complete the spin just give an error message and it took me about 6 times to realize this kept happening (so I would like to speak with someone to get refunded for at least those spins. USE CAUTION IF YOU PLAY HERE!!!!! I hope you have much better luck with the lack of customer service!!!!

I also have a withdrawal pending from Plenty Slots, have called numerous times, only to get the recording.  Have emailed and sent all the required forms including fax back form, I.D. and wire information.  I seriously think this is just a bogus site and they are only hoping you will deposit so that they can have your credit card on file.  No one is ever in live support, no matter what time of day you try.  Feel if a casino wants customers, they should try and satisfy the players, especially when it comes to payouts.  They state all payouts are within 48 hours, untrue........But bet if you wanted to deposit with them, it would be charged to your credit card within minutes.  Sites like this need to be shut down, because they give the honest sites a bad name.  Believe me there are many sites out there that honor withdrawals immediately.
