I don't get it

I met all their guidelines AKA wager requirements
1. I am now eligble to withdraw with my balance.
2. I can only withdraw the R590 if I deposited* MIN R250
3. My withdraw *Cannot exceed R750
4. I will need to play-through the entire R250 deposit in order to receive my balance.
