Last week I wanted to play Microgaming
so I went to customer service at Platnium Play looking for free money. I only have the one account as I am from the USA. Over the telephone they said "We dont offer any free money bonuses for existing players, but we will set you up a NEW account manually, from here,for the "FORTUNE ROOM CASINO
" and you can take advantage of our sign on bonus." I'm like "ok, Great."
In a few days I get my sign on information, just as they had promised. I sign in, make a deposit, with no problems. I play, and of course lose. A couple days go by and I try to sign in again, to make another deposit and play. Says I am locked out. I call customer service and ask why I am locked out. They said because "We do not take any new players from the USA." This is what they said, I am not kidding. The people that set the account up for me on one end, now locked me out, on the other end because I am a new account from the USA . I dont get it. They said they'll look into it, and I said "Never mind." They knew I was a new account from the USA, THEY set the account up for me, then lock me out because I am a New Account from the USA.
