I opened a customer support ticket yesterday to ask why my managers bonus (which is given to depositing players) was not credited on the 10th like it was supposed to have been and i received no response. According to their web site if they do not resppond within an hour you should email support so i did. In all i sent 5 emails in 12 hours and no response. I wake up today and im locked out. I rarely use coupons with inetbet since id like to cashou if i ever hit something big. I spent over $200 a month without coupons and i get locked out for 5 emails in 12 hours? These guys are crooks just beware
