Post by: PMM2008 on March 13, 2009, 11:29:59 AM I was locked out once for saying the word "chargeback" to Cirrus Casino, and I also got locked out from Palace of chance for making the playthru and winning on a free chip. I have never been let back in to that casino.

Post by: spankygarcia on March 13, 2009, 11:40:24 AM I opened a customer support ticket yesterday to ask why my managers bonus (which is given to depositing players) was not credited on the 10th like it was supposed to have been and i received no response. According to their web site if they do not resppond within an hour you should email support so i did. In all i sent 5 emails in 12 hours and no response. I wake up today and im locked out. I rarely use coupons with inetbet since id like to cashou if i ever hit something big. I spent over $200 a month without coupons and i get locked out for 5 emails in 12 hours? These guys are crooks just beware

I only have the one account as I am from the USA. Over the telephone they said "We dont offer any free money bonuses for existing players, but we will set you up a NEW account manually, from here,for the "FORTUNE ROOM CASINO" and you can take advantage of our sign on bonus." I'm like "ok, Great."
In a few days I get my sign on information, just as they had promised. I sign in, make a deposit, with no problems. I play, and of course lose. A couple days go by and I try to sign in again, to make another deposit and play. Says I am locked out. I call customer service and ask why I am locked out. They said because "We do not take any new players from the USA." This is what they said, I am not kidding. The people that set the account up for me on one end, now locked me out, on the other end because I am a new account from the USA . I dont get it. They said they'll look into it, and I said "Never mind." They knew I was a new account from the USA, THEY set the account up for me, then lock me out because I am a New Account from the USA. I have an account at AlladinsGoldCasino.. When I created the account.. I used my married name.. which is NOT my legal name as I never legally changed it.. I used my husbands name because I was grieving and somehow it made me feel better..He passed away in Oct.
Now that I want to deposit to my account with my ewallet account.. I suddenly can't because my last name doesn't match up with my ewallet and the site (I had made previous deposits using visa gift cards and a greendot all access visa card).. I've emailed the site.. talked to live support at least 7 times.. faxed and emailed copies of all my ID's and other info they require and after 5 days.. it's still not sorted out.. I made deposit and was not credited. I went through frustrating three months with them with proof after proof and I finally told them I would refuse through my credit company, they locked my account while this issue was not resolved. I got rid of all their sister sites and rtg. casinos, too much headache to deal with these casinos. I now only play at micro's casinos.
