Hi all, great site.
Im having problems with all realtime gaming casinos.
As soon as i try to get to the cashier i get a popup error screen: "cant connect to the download server, please try again later."

I have checked firewall and virus blockings, and i dont think theres any problem there.

Any suggestions?

I've seen this before and I thought it was a "personal" thing but it wasnt.  it may be that their server was down.

Which RTG casino was it?

Hi, i have tried about 10 different atleast, and it has been like that for months. I have tried to manually add them as "safe" to firewall and antivirus also.

Try uninstalling one of the RTG casinos.

Once you've uninstalled it - search your computer with the RTG name only and see if there are any registry keys that pop up - delete those too.

Do you recall which casino it happened on first??  If you do, try uninstalling that particular casino and all its registry keys and dont reinstall it until you have tried logging into a different RTG casino.  It could be that one that is blocking the others.

Try the above and let us know how you get on and if that doesnt work - perhaps someone has other ideas.

...and before you delete any casinos make sure you write down your user name for each casino and save it to a document.  Duplicate accounts will do you no favours at all thats for sure.
